This game has a really pleasant sense of weightlessness. The exhilaration of just shooting nonstop is great, too✨
It's exciting that there's a shop between stages with upgrade options.
However, it might be a bit of a hassle that you can't move the cursor with the mouse on the title screen or in the language selection menu. It would be fine if it were a game that doesn't support a mouse, but it seems to use mouse controls. Also, when selecting options 1 through 3 in the shop, it might be better to be able to navigate up and down with the arrow keys for better keyboard usability.
Anyway, I had a really fun time. 😆
This was really fun! At first, it got stuck on the language selection screen, but reloading it a few times got it working.
As a 3D third-person game where a witch defeats ghosts, the movement felt great, and I loved how defeating enemies created a musical melody. The controls felt pretty smooth too!
If I had to suggest an improvement, adding a bit more variation/pacing between stages would make it even better. Right now, there are time limits, and the main objective seems to be lighting candles or picking them up to progress.
The boss could probably be a bit stronger too. Also, I actually made it all the way to Stage 4 without ever quite figuring out which ones were enemy projectiles (lol)!
Overall, I had a blast playing. Thanks for the fun experience!
Really enjoy! But there's still room to make it better, and it'll be even more fun once we do.
I had fun poking around in this! Two tiny things though: the game felt a bit chonky for my smol brain at first, it took me a minute to warm up 😅 great job, good luck in the jam!
I really enjoyed it.
The controls—locking onto enemies and having the reticle "snap" to them while aiming with the mouse—felt incredibly satisfying.
The game mechanics were great too; there’s a nice strategic element where dodging constantly makes you hungry, while taking too many hits leads to a game over.
If I had to ask for more, I’d love to be able to navigate the menus using just the mouse so I wouldn't have to move my hands away from the WASD and mouse setup.
Also, since the only clear conditions were defeating enemies or reaching a specific objective, it did get a little repetitive after a while.
It would be even more fun if there were a wider variety of objectives to complete.
