How does your game bring our theme, Systems Offline, to life?
Systems Offline is the mechanic. After each level, one of your robot's systems (dash, double jump, wall cling, jump, move-left, even your sprite) dies for good, and the next level is built around what's left. But a dead system's key still fires a Residual Signal, a pulse that passes through walls and flips remote relays to open gates. The soundtrack loses a layer with every system, and the last level reboots everything.
What did you do to ensure accessibility of the game?
Keyboard-only with multiple key bindings, instant respawns, generous checkpoints, and forgiving jump timing. Options menu: Reduced effects (no flashing/shake), High contrast, Assist mode (slower speed), volume and scanline toggles. Nothing relies on color alone (status uses shapes and text), and level 1 teaches every control through play.
Did you include the Indieformer or Patch Notes logo somewhere in your game?

This was a very fun take on the theme! The last level where all the sounds and keys starting coming back online piece by piece was my favorite. I felt it was immediately clear what needed to be done in each stage, and never felt lost.
You must be an experienced developer. The depth of the control, the Difficulty Tuning and the feedback placements all is perfectly placed. It ticks all the boxes of what makes the game whole.
Could've use better sfx and art, but this one is I think enough for this stage of development. Good job !
Very nice! I love the mechanics! The touch of the lights flickering too is perfect. A few comments though: 1) on level 6, the key box partially covers the signal, so it's not immediately clear to signal right. 2) on level 1, putting the checkpoint right next to the spikes does mean more people will hit it, but I also means when they die during the dash, the continue holding right and will walk into the spikes. 3) the top half of the door doesn't have collision, so it sucks to dash through when speedrunning. 4) The time encourages speedrunning, but it would have been nice to have a "reset the whole run" button. Maybe hold R for a second or something? Altogether, really good though!
Thank you for the feedback! Will consider that for improvements. Glad you enjoyed it though!
A really innovative short game! Never comes to my mind how movement turning off can be made into a puzzle game like this!
Very nice game, just when the left key is disable i instantly went right and got stuck, maybe you should add a pause when the level starts so people don't automatically go right and get stuck.
You can press R to restart from beginning of level or from last checkpoint.
short and sweet! very well done
Thank you!
