Vacuuming up trash and dragging it into the fuel funnel is such a cool loop, and I liked watching the junk pile up inside the rocket.

nice game, unique mechanics

it was fun, but not for long;
and also i couldn't use the blueprint, because when i tried it's just closed(the ui);
and there wasn't any audio;
i think you can make players stay more if they have a goal;
the best things were the gameplay and the fun;

Developer

Could you elaborate on how you couldnt use the blueprint?

Submitted(+1)

Yes:

I picked up the blueprint, then I opened the fuel menu, I clicked on the blueprint, and there was another ui menu with 3 papers and 3 rocks, I tried to press them, but when my mouse exited the fuel menu it closed and I couldn't use the blueprint, because when the fuel menu closed, the blueprint's menu closed too;

Developer (1 edit)

you dont interact with the blueprint menu it just shows the materials you need in the upgrades, Im unsure how you are confused with this, maybe you sequence broke and picked up the blueprint before the tutorial told you to? because the tutorial is supposed to teach you how to use the blueprint.

Very cool mechanic, a lot of potential to make a full game based on this !
I played until there was no more blueprints :D

Great game!

Nice work! It'd be cool to see what it turn into with more refinement!

Gameplay is great, I feel that dragging scrap to the right as the objective and moving the mouse to the right closing the menu was a small oversight and the game being silent does kind of suck but overall fun!

Really really fun base to work upon here! I think the blueprint scanner is bugged out, and it's really easy to accidentally mouse off of the inventory menu while you're trying to fuel up, but I'd definitely be interested in seeing where something like this could go.

Developer(+1)

Could you elaborate more on how the blueprint scanner is bugged?

Submitted(+1)

Since I first got it, it had one pointing straight up, but later on it managed to point me towards the actual third blueprint. After that it was always just pointing up until I went into orbit, where it went every which way. Probably something to do with tracking between the two distinct "modes?"

Developer(+1)

If you are seeing multiple arrows then it is just tracking multiple blueprints (the radar can track up to 3 nearby blueprints), just pick one of the arrows to follow or work on a blueprint you currently have and do the others later.

Submitted(+1)

It'd only ever show a proper direction when I was in orbit, is the thing. And there wouldn't be much when I tried to follow them in orbit either.

Developer

If you are in the area where a blueprint is there should be an arrow pointing towards that blueprint and another arrow pointing towards orbit which is for the other blueprints, the process of finding the rest of the blueprints should be the same as the third blueprint.
