Really like the sonar sound and mechanic!

Nice one! A bit punishing as the batteries are pretty rare, but the sonar effect and minimal graphics are pretty cool! Could've done with some ambient sound maybe. Congrats on your first time submitting!

Cool core mechanic, the effect is great. Depths explored.

Simple, yet it captures the atmosphere and tension so well. It got me thinking about Lovecraftian horror stories and the game Dredge. It might be only me, but I feel like this would work so well as a story heavy game with some strange encounters and moral decisions. Regarding the gameplay, some dead ends felt a bit too punishing, as there was no way to recover from them. Also, adding more depth to energy consumption/production would be really cool. That being said, I really love the idea and think it has potential to be a really interesting game.

Nice effect on the signal use! I think it would add a lot more tension if there was some way to know how much energy you have left. Nice work!
