If I'm not mistaken, by buying this you get RPGMix, PatternMix, IconMix, VfxMix and NovelMix. If that is the case, is there any differente between buying this and buying the bundle that appears at the top of the page that also includes this Mix on it?

Buying the bundle is the same thing, we wanted to be able to grant lifetime access to new packs to those who purchased the bundle, but Itch.io doesn't have that feature, so we’re forced to use this less convenient solution.
We’ve written a post to explain this: https://pixel-boy.itch.io/free-mix/devlog/1626400/lifetime-updates
