Theme Interpretation
You are a firefly, you use your light to signal other fireflies, thus making them visible, but also alerting enemies. There is a darkness over the map, and you use your light to see (flashlight). The signalling mechanic doubles as a way to both find your friends, but also attract or distract enemies. And finally, the enemies are frogs!

This was fun to play for a short game. The use of the fireflies as bait and the interpretation of the theme is surprisingly clever. (I don’t know if restarting was part of the design cause I found out after revealing the fireflies you could simply restart and move to the firefly’s position and simply turn on the torchlight) Hopefully you continue working on this post jam ^V^
The music is so gooood!! The game was a fun experience, I wish there were more levels.
Good job with your entry!
I really liked the atmosphere of the game! I just wish there was a little more to play.
I loved your frog pixel art! Fun game too, I would totally play more levels!
Really nice game! It's a pity it was so short, but I enjoyed it! There was a part where two frogs blocked my way, but I got lucky and they moved in the other direction!
really cute puzzles! i'd have liked to play more!
Este jogo é muito bom! Só precisa de mais algumas fases. E obrigado por comentar no meu jogo!😁
Really cool/original mechanic! Your game had the best problem it could possibly have (I wanted more levels). Nice job!
Maybe I would've liked a bit more levels, but what was made is really nice! Great job!
Thank you! I look forward to making some more.
That's a very fun game I wish it could have more levels! On last level Idk if it's a bug but when I signaled, one of the other fireflies were right where I was and they just disappeard without counting to the level friends count, so I couldn't finish it, I had to restart the level by losing propositally.
You should work on more levels!!!
Thank you! Level 3 is very buggy... >_>
Interesting concept with pretty cute visuals, shame it wasn't explored further.
One thing I did notice, sometimes you can signal the fireflies and they will spawn right where the frogs are and get eaten, and other times they'll spawn on top of you.
Oh no!
I thought I fixed that D: I had it checking for spawning on frogs. In my haste I hand-coded logic in each level T_T, so I might have missed it in one of the levels. Level 3? If so, that one is pretty buggy. You can even get soft locked. I did include a reload button for that. Thanks for the feedback!
I really liked this one. The concept is very good, and I enjoyed the puzzles. I especially liked baiting the frogs away on level 3 to get through. I would definitely like more levels of this. Your postmortem was also a great read.
Thanks :D
It is nice to see a game where the bug is the main character and the eating frog the enemy.
It is a very cute game and a good concept.
Such a cute puzzle game! I wish there were more levels, this was a really fun idea :)) Great job!
Cool idea!! It was confusing at first to know when I was able to get to the other fireflies but I understood at the end.
Thanks for the feedback. What do you think could have made it clearer? Could the signaling mechanic be more clearly explained?
Even with the lack of levels it is the best game.
Cute little puzzle game!
Also wish it had more levels, but only because I really enjoyed the levels that I got to play.
Charming art and sound effects/music
I rlly liked it!
Fun game! Especially nice for a first jam, maybe a bit short but very solid and intuitive from start to finish. Nice job!
Really charming, gameplay was intuitive and made me want to solve more puzzles. Nice work
