As I mentioned at the beginning, I read about the issue in a thread opened by another user while I was browsing the forum and reading various discussions. I didn’t save the link because I didn’t think I’d be discussing it with you, and also because the user mentioned that they had reported the issue to support several times without success. Anyway, I’ll take my time to check my browser history to try to find it and post it here.

I should mention beforehand that I have not personally downloaded or executed the file in question because I do not want that kind of garbage on my PC, nor do I even want to open its page. However, the issue still seems to be open, at least according to the original poster.
When I spoke about a dedicated channel, this is exactly what I meant. Support should be able to respond and intervene promptly in situations like this.
