What game engine did you make this project in?
Did you use generative AI for any part of this game?
Any other notes?
The 'other' engine is notepad++ with HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Thank you for hosting this jam, it was fantastic to get something finished!

Making this in notepad++ is incredibly impressive to me! What a show of skill
I really enjoyed this game! and its super cool that you even added a level editor! This game really tested my internal compass skills, but in the end i got too greedy and a skeleton ripped me to shreds ): Nice touch adding the "see your fate" button! Really great job!
You made this with Notepad++? Cool!
Anyways, I liked the game's concept and how if you choose to go deeper into the dungeon, you can find more treasures and find more dangerous stuff waiting for you. I managed to snag 2000 gold and explored up to 7 floors before calling it quits on my first try.
I liked it! The movement felt a bit zoomy since there was no delay. I didn't have too much difficulty with combat (I chose the sword), but I might have just gotten lucky. Love that there's an option to make your own dungeon at the end!
Really cool game, and very charming pixel art! How many endings are there? I attempted to reach to the bottom of dungeon couple of times, expecting a third one but was not successful :( Awesome work, it was fun to play.
I have to admit, i did not expect it to be a literal Rogue-Like: It's literally Rogue with pretty graphics.
That was a very fun entry, the fact that it's made on Notepad makes it more impressive. And you went the extra mile to add a dungeon maker. There is tons of potential for this game.
I only have two suggestions: one is adding a map that fills for every step you make, so that you don't get too lost (it happened to me in my first run at least) and two would be adding more dangers to the dungeons to make it more challenging, like more enemy variety and traps.
Excellent work you did there.
Thank you for playing my game! I agree with both your points, while I did make it twisting to get the player lost after the point where they should have enough gold to leave, I do think it'd be fun to have a map item or something similar to help guide players deeper. Also more traps and monsters would make for a more fun dungeon builder.
Thank you again!
Thank you for playing it! I was honestly debating removing the ability to do that (I believe it's due to how key down events are handled by the browser), but it is very fun to zoom around so I focused on more important fixes. If I had more time then definitely could've made some speed boots a starting item!
