I didn’t want “saving the school” to be the only thing that matters, because a place like that is really made of its people and its small, ordinary afternoons. So every time you choose where to spend your time, you’re also choosing what you’ll carry with you. There’s no single “right” path, just different ways to say goodbye (or not!).
