Hello team, This situation has become absolutely unacceptable. My legitimate PSP homebrew games have been kept in quarantine for 4 MONTHS now without a single explanation or update from moderation. On top of that, my payout requests (IDs: 240283 and 242944) have been completely frozen in the “In review” status for over 31 days. My account setup is entirely clear and has been for a long time:
- Tax Interview: Validated 68 days ago (Form W8BEN-I, UA)
- Payout Destination: Payoneer connected and Approved 53 days ago My official support ticket #405099 has been totally ignored by your staff since October 4th. Why is itch.io keeping my projects hidden for a third of a year and holding my earned money hostage with zero communication?
