Really fun grappling mechanic and the pacing is super fast! The art style looks great too. Adding grapple and whoosh sound effects would make it feel even better. Nice work!

how do I play the game? The graphics are really nice but I keep dying. I just move towards the enemies and click and shift but I keep dying first. Also I have to use Chrome to get it to run

Hi! You need to grapple towards enemies by clicking on them, I risked the jam by making no wasd controls but instead you had to grapple, to damage enemies, the more speed you have when hitting them, the more damage that takes. Also remember you have to hold click to grapple towards them.

I got that part now. but I am still struggling with moving into the right rooms and getting gear since the player bounces around so much. But I managed to get around 400 points before dying in the dungeons. I did reach the boss room too but I didn't have enough health to survive. Really nice art style and interesting mechanic though.

Crazy fast gameplay! That red cube is nasty though. This is Doom Eternal but you are a cute cube fighting another cute cubes. When i am well enough, i will get back to this and get to the boss. Add some grappling sfx and whoosh sound, dev :)

Nicely done!

No engine + solo dev is insane, you did well. I was confused at first but i figured it out

I agree too. People really don't appreciate the work that goes into building a raylib + c++ project. Trust me I am a nerd at this now because I've done raylib for 5 years and can get a project up and running in about half a day. But anyway, yea the non-wasd controls were risky for a game jam because it could be that nobody understands the controls, but I think I got it right after a little bit of tweaking.

Nicely done! I like the unusual movement. The only thing I miss is some sound on taking damage. I was so focused on piloting between rooms, that I hadn't noticed there were some numbers in corner :)

Very challenging but rewarding once you get to understand the physics behind it.

Getting a C++/Raylib game compiled to run in the browser in just four days is seriously impressive, and 'the helper betrays you' is a punchy way to bring in The Lie. A boss that turns out to be totally unexpected sounds like a great payoff!

If you have about 10 minutes, I'd be really grateful if you gave my entry Forever a play. It's a pastel dating-app horror set in Valentine's week, with two endings, and it runs right in your browser. An honest rating or any feedback would mean a lot: https://avrdevstudio.itch.io/forever

IDK if it a bug or something but for me when i hit Play it was just a black screen i waited like 2M then i leave

This is a "bug" in itch.io, unfortunately itch.io seems to sometimes take a while to load the .data and .wasm files, and I think in your case itch.io couldn't load it at all. I'll have to look into this more.
