I've been trying to get Kickstarter Import, accessible from the "Distribute" tab on the Edit page, to work for one particular project. It works for other games I have on my account, but for this particular one, whenever I go to that section I get a 502 bad gateway error. I've raised a ticket with itch.io, (#414904), but had no response at all in 8 days!.

My backers are breathing down my neck, rightfully so, to get access to their licenses. Anyone experienced this before, have any idea what might be causing it? I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, etc. it's just this one project that's showing the issue, and the fact that it's a 502 implies it's something going awry on the itch.io servers.

If anyone from itch.io is listening, I'd appreciate someone getting back to me, 8 days is not a great turnaround for a blocking issue.
