Thank you so much for stopping by False Tracks and for your kind words! I really enjoyed Murder Doll Creator — assembling the bunny piece by piece, from the button eyes and floppy ears to the little sewn mouth, is such a satisfying, hands-on idea, and the instructor's gentle camp guidance makes the cute-but-not-quite-innocent turn land so well. Such a clever, memorable twist on a doll maker!
Thank u, u too.
lil timmy haha

Is there any guide to your game? I was stuck at finding the employee key card at conference room table.
The music and the atmosphere works really well together. The teacher's voice is eerily encouraging haha!
The models and materials look fantastic. The doll is cute and disturbing at the same time, and the audio plus the “little Timmy” teacher make the whole thing properly uncomfortable in a good way. Very impressive for 4 days, especially building the models yourself. Like others said, I’d love more freedom to customise and get things “wrong,” plus more lessons. Seeing Timmy come back at different ages would be a great progression. The ear snapping was a little tricky to spot, so a clearer highlight would help. It’d make a great party game if you keep going with it. Nice work!
Thanks for playing! Will improve the game based on feedback.
Btw i notice your game mosly used recent Humble Bundle assets. How do you find the assets' recommendable. I think i wanna buy it too.
I have to be honest, it's a gamble with the assets. You have to either buy the asset packs when they are available since you never know when you need them, or check them regularly when busy with projects. I usually buy them and build a project off them as soon as possible so I can learn how they work for later projects.
Is it just one level? After the knife demonstration I saw a red screen with the propaganda style text and I assumed the game ended. I had some trouble drawing the zipper mouth but maybe because I played the web version. The guy who kept calling me little Timmy made me feel very uncomfortable which I assume was the point. Good graphics and has potential
Thank u for playing out short game. Love your game too!
I think that the overall game is very good and it has a good basic idea, but the game would benefit from a little bit more customization. It is a very cool concept though, and could be built upon a lot if you continue development.
Yeha, right now i am making a ton of doll in blender. Will be fun!
as mentioned in other comments, i expected more gameplay and costumization. but the graphics and atmosphere carry a lot. Nice work!!
i had trouble getting past the 2nd ear. actually kinda super disappointed i couldnt put the ears in the wrong place or have 7 eyes on my belly. but, very nice, well done good technical stuff. id have gone with a free download, because screenshots look very fun. highly reccommended for halloween party game, i think its the kinda game people would enjoy watch people play and create wierd stuff
Put the ear on the marked place. and click again till there is a snapping sound. The mark might be covered by the large ear so it is hard to see. Thank u for playing! Yeah i like how the doll looks too.
It's a cool concept! Maybe you could keep working on it after the jam ends and add more gameplay to it
Yeah, cool to think that Timmy will recurringly come back for his lessons at his elementary, teen, young adult. Still casting the same doll.
A really cool piece of work, the 3D modeling is great, the rabbit is cute yet deadly, and the audio fits perfectly. Well done, everyone!Good luck, friend!
Like others mentioned already, I think it needs more gameplay. The graphics and audio are very good, and the idea is unique, it just needs a bit more work :)
I can understand the vibe. I like the quality of materials and graphics, although I expected a bit more of the gameplay, like several levels/dolls or maybe more freedom to customize it in good or wrong ways. Other than that, great submission overall!
It will be fun if it has more gameplay or more customization
Agree. I ran out of time before i can make next lessons.
how much time did you have when you join the game jme?
4 days like everybody else. 2 days to prepare the models in blender. 2 days to make the game in Unity.
what you will do if you win the big prize?
I don't think i will. But I will gladly accept Kevin's prize of 1 month free of Bezi (on Discord) and make a ton of experimental games with Bezi and make an entertaining devlog with it.
I just love making games.
