How does the game relate to the theme (Haunted)?
Hollow Acre’s corn maze is haunted by Ellie Marsh, a girl who went missing there on closing night in 1987. Every Halloween since, the gate clicker has counted one more person than walked in, and something in the corn whistles back when you call. The scarecrows creep closer whenever you look away, and the maze rearranges itself behind you. Find everyone and lead them out before the lights go off at midnight, because the corn keeps whoever’s left.

Hell yeah Kenney assets. The carnival sound slowly fading off into the distance had me on edge more than a lotta games have before. Nicely done.
This was super spooky and i honestly couldn't finish it cause i was too scared! lmaooo
Very cool aesthetic! I love the visuals and how retro it looks! The sound effects also complement the game a lot! I do find that the areas are a bit too dark on some parts. The maze rearranging itself behind me is a really cool mechanic but It's very hard to navigate (which I think is the point) and find my way in the game. I feel like there needs to be some sort of landmark or something though I do like the accessibility of the whistle. Overall, the level design could be polished a bit more but other than that, great work!
