Very cool mechanic, fits the theme perfectly. But more so, the character controls feel really smooth and tight. Nicely done level design too. Everything goes together really well.

So that’s how it is—the upward dash mechanic is really unintuitive and hardly ever appears anywhere. I’d figured out the level structure, but my theories—that the protagonist jumps higher when fully charged, or that you could climb up using pixel-perfect wall jumps—turned out to be wrong; it’s just an upward dash, hahaha
