Nicely done! This game is kinda addicting. I agree with previous comment, some hints for where to click in the beginning, or have shelves flash when a delivery is made or have the number turn green. Same with the shop, something that tells you to start there, highlighting the outline i think would be enough to get the point across. I would love to hear sounds for jobs being complete or deliveries being made, make sure to limit the amount of voices so you don't get overlapping sounds when there are a ton of workers. Just brainstorming at this point, but maybe have the workers go to a random job after delivery instead of the closest job so that there is more movement on the screen and they don't stack things on a single shelf the whole time. Also for progression maybe start with just one job table and one delivery shelf, buy more just like workers so players have more than one thing to prioritize.
Really great job on this!

haha yep that's about what I was expecting:P
I really do love the look of the cards in this and that ost is super groovy! Wish there were music stingers for start and finish, or a separate track for the menu; that would give things a lot more life. Also the card pickup sound is great just a bit dominant in the mix, I think it could sit a bit quieter, and maybe having some more distinct variations on the sound would keep it fresh for longer, since you have to hear it at least 52 times a game.
Well done!!
I love this idea, and the aesthetic is great! I really love the look of the frog. I did however, have a lot of trouble controlling the frog, flicking was inconsistent and clicking the tongue into place would launch me really high. Maybe have alternate non-mouse based controls, like down/S loads the frog to launch, up/W launches, left/A and right/D move the frog when in air, spacebar to control the tongue. But this have could also been an issue with my mouse settings or dpi or something like that. Also the music loop is really short, making it get tiresome quickly.
You did great work on this!!
Nicely done Actimist! This game is awesome, I am really enjoying playing it. Is the player goal sfx the xbox 360 achievement sound? Also wow the music, if you made all these tracks in a week that's incredible! The chiptune sound fits perfectly with this retro aesthetic. Maybe have track name and artist displayed when the song changes to really highlight the tracks. The leaderboard is so cool, it really makes me want to keep playing the game to move up the board. Having more feedback on where the frog impacted the player's square would be really nice, for instance the original curveball had the different quadrants that would light up when hit. I also wish I could adjust the frog to be more colors. And of course we demand: MORE HATS!!
Great work on this!
Nice work Roadkillcandy!! Your voice tone and content were great! Especially loved the singing. On the technical side there are a few clips that have loud pops at the start or end of the file, adding a fade or trimming the length should solve that. I would also avoid delivering audio assets in mp3 format, it can reduce the quality audibly, stick to WAV 44.1khz/16bit. Lastly I would add your name or the asset packs name to the files that way once someone takes an asset out of the pack they can still keep track of where and what the asset is. Something like roadkillcandy-character-attacks or free_VO_packs-character-attacks.
Again great work!
Well done!
The art is pleasing and fits the feel of the game great! I wish there was some UI sounds as well but the VO ribbits are plenty entertaining :P Maybe not so much green on green for the UI it is pretty difficult to read. If you limit 1 frog per Lilly pad, that would introduce some nice progression where you need to buy more Lilly pads to be able add more frogs.
!!More hats please!!
Again great job on this!!
