Simple but effective. It applies the theme in a simple and really cool way.
The thing is that it is fun for a couple of rounds, but it's always the same. A little evolution in the game loop (like introducing abilities or power ups) would've been pretty good, that way the game can increase its difficulty and the player has the tools to face that.
However, it was fun
I've seen many mimic games in the jam, this is the one I like the most rn.
My only problem is the movement. Being an isometric game, the movement might feel a little imprecise sometimes, (and the game requires you to enter into small spaces).
But other than that, it was good. It felt like a really solid experience.
I really enjoyed this game. It was an incredibly fun experience. The art, the menus and the general aesthetic is so cool!
One problem that I had with the game is that I would like the tutorials to disappear with a click instead of automatically, but you can read them again with a button, so it's cool.
I found a couple of bugs while playing, but nothing that made me quit. All the minigames are really fun... except for the stealth (I was just running through and nothing happened lol).
Now, I don't feel like the theme of the Jam is fully applied. Also, the level design felt... weird. Like everything was kind of disorganized.
But overall, I really enjoyed the game, it was fun!
