I actually got really far and completed the bloodline upgrades, but mostly because i would get to around the dragonslayer and then the game would prompt me to lay another egg to upgrade and get farther faster. but then once i had fully upgraded, there wasnt much point in starting again, and the exp still slowed way down. I was only getting to level like, 50 in the early stages. I think i got to 80 on my most recent one with the bloodline maxed out but it still slows way down.

Hey super fun still. I think if your not adding, or still working on new levels, you should at a training yard or endless mode so you dont have to keep restarting. also after you get all the minerals you end up just collecting the rocks for no reason. same with the gold after you max all the relics. more relics that could be dropped by enemies could be fun.

Hey super fun. the exp slows down a LOT when you get to lvls like, 60 onwards, which may be intended. Also, because they give diminishing returns, i think itd make more sense to just cap all the skills at a certain level. Maybe not greed or glitter, but the heat and breath control ones should just have a flat cap if the intention is to prevent the player from having a non stop breath attack. Also an upgrade to increase the rate at which the enemies spawn would be nice. near the end, id just be waiting to get enough kills to fight the boss, without being able to afford treasure and not enough xp for it to really help in terms of damage.

Hey tried this like a month ago in the really early days. its been improved a TON and I really like the option for the cars. If anything, id say you should add a little blurb for each upgrade, because i didnt figure out what the intelligence one did for a few mins. Also, what does the little golden cat on the desk do? The hearts from petting are adorable but the gold book and cat made me think they did something or gave a reward for clicking.

Super fun and interesting. Can't wait for the full thing. Is there any chance for an apple version?

Hey super fun. i think the exp needs to be way easier to get, cause for the first bit i was just dying over and over again trying to level up and start doing damage. also making an autocollect upgrade and a way to upgrade the cooldowns of the spells would be nice. super cute and entertaining though

I think instead of lingering souls, the upgrade should be some kinda thing that holds them when they get to the top like a net. that way when youre lategame the souls dont fly slow and can get to the lamp quicker.

On my replay now, i think the crows should fly around their tree instead of the lantern, cause after the lantern gets big enough, they don't really catch the far souls fast enough. Also, the lantern feels kinda useless until you get two radius upgrades. because we only unlock it at the catacombs, its starting radius is super small compared to the width the souls can spawn in. not quite sure how to fix that but maybe unlock it sooner? a way to automate emptying the pile in late game would be nice, because now the limit is how fast you can toss bodies in. the new cart upgrades are perfect, but now the pile fills up fast and can only toss them in so fast. so maybe a apprentice guy that you can upgrade that stands next to you and tosses bodies too?

Hey back again and playing the new update. the update wiped my save, which im not mad about but you might wanna check that. The ritual info boxes are way too big, and cut off the text. i think you shouldn't be able to look at rituals you cant access yet, which would reduce the clutter thats starting to accumulate on the left side. The walking dead ritual is awsome tho, and the system seems really fun.  There are times when bodies will fall through the pile in front, and land at the bottom of the pit a layer in front of the pile. not sure what thats about but it doesnt affect anything just a visual bug. also, the fog looks awsome, but when you zoom out, you can see the cart just sitting there which is kinda wonky so maybe adjust the zoom or where he stays? some sort of indicator for the lamp on when it'll go out and when it'll come back would be nice, maybe with how high the flame inside it is? The everburning upgrade works great, but honestly im still not in love with the mechanic. the pit lamps are awsome, but then they get burried and kinda become pointless. I think maybe move the pit lamps up to the surface, just spaced out. or you could make them some other decorative thing that has the same purpose. In line with that, i was thinking maybe the lamps could be reworked a bit. I was thinking a soul bonfire or something, that  fuels all the lamps. as you collect souls, you use them to fuel the fire, so it kinda works with how the bodies make mass and souls, the souls give you themselves, but also fuel the lamps. you could tie the timer into how much ash is in the fire so as it burns longer the ash builds up till you have to clear the bonfire so it can burn again. Then you relight it and grow it by collecting new souls. That way, late game souls still have a sorta event that forces you to pay attention and click stuff, but its a quicker thing and if you are active in collecting souls then you get back to max range faster. Also, now that it unlocks when you fill the pit, consecration is kinda redundant now until we get smth after the pit. It might be a lot of work idk, but having something happen in between each consecration could help. Maybe seasons change or its a new year or whatever. Just something that makes it feel more impactful to consecrate. The little cutscenes for the new depth and the info boxes are good for a first play, but maybe tie them to the tutorial, so if someone skips it they skip those too? or a toggle. gonna keep playing now ive consecrated and add anything else later. Sorry for the essay haha. again, cant wait to see where you go with this its a super fun idea. Maybe make a discord for feedback? the in game form is good in theory, but not rly useful in practice. one last thing, are you planning on making this available for apple or eventually making the full game available to play in browser?

super fun. being able to unlock the rest of the prestige upgrades would be nice, but great start.

a pretty interesting concept, but curiosity made me just spam the upgrades when i realized there was no limitation. maybe make each memory upgrade cost money as well? also, making some sort of end goal or something would be nice. pretty fun though.

Hey played through to around 102. super fun, repeater and ricochet made it easy enough, though i found that i just didnt use high noon because i didnt want to intterrupt my flow. maybe if there was a way to automate it, maybe as a late golden bullet upgrade, it would get more use. you could then use it as an idling method instead of when youre actively shooting guys. making an upgrade to get stars more somehow would be nice, cause it takes a while to reach each boss even if your super overleveled. the auto upgrade is awsome, but i think maybe unlocking new carraige upgrades would be a nice unlock. Also, when your going suepr fast, the chests on the floor are basically impossible to get cause they zoom by so fast. an upgrade the automates shooting the chests would be nice. maybe a carraige upgrade? could upgrade the trailer guy to allow him to aim for spcifically those.

I was thinking, the shrinking and growing is alright at first, but gets annoying when it takes a while to recharge. and with the crows being kinda useless after getting the lamp, i was thinking maybe after you get it, or with an upgrade, the crows start like, herding the souls towards the lamp instead of going for them directly. that way it can recharge faster, and the crows are still impactful. maybe you could even unlock upgrades to make them better at it to make them more involved after the first burst.

Having a relic upgrade to increase the lamp radius would also be nice. and i think upgrades regarding the lamp debuff are def needed. both to reduce the time it spends small, increase the rate at which it regrows, and the amount of souls it can grab before going out. maybe tie it to time instead of amount of souls gained? cause in the lategame it shrinks pretty often and it gets annoying.

Hey back again. Super fun as always. I decided to completely restart, and the progression is great. the lamp sometimes dimming is a fun mechanic, but i think giving it more range, or upgrades related to recharging would balence it out well. the speed of player bodies coming in is still the limiting factor, so maybe making those upgrades more impactful could help. i only consecrated once before getting to the pit. I think maybe getting two more lamps on either side when you get to the pit could be nice, just to both be able to be catch the souls faster, and also get the ones that the lamp cant reach and the ravens arent fast enough to get. gonna keep playing and see how the endgame feels.

Hey really fun. The instinct is great, and eventually getting a way to passively make dna is great. that said, getting dna is still the limiting factor. Also, once I got to about size 72, progression really slowed for me.

New lamp placement look great! upgrades are good too, and progression feels great overall. Can't wait to see whats after the pit.

I reset like five times before getting to the pit at all. prob wouldn't now, but thats cause progression is easier w the lamp and all

I also dont understand the benifit of teh bodies decaying slower. do fresh ones count as more mass in the pit?

Hey playing the new update. the lantern is amazing, thought i think itd be better if you could maybe get two one on each side. or center it somehow. the ravens are also much better, and the upgrade to click range is also amazing. The bottleneck now is how many bodies are coming in, cause the souls arent generating fast enough. got to the pit and hit a wall where bodies and souls were stuck at a certain rate and couldn't go higher. a way to increase how many souls you get, or how fast the cart comes would be nice. maybe both. could do that once you get to the pit to lock it behind size if u want. making the miner upgrades scale more gently would be nice, or maybe increase the impact of each upgrade? they're a bit slow and its hard to get the upgrade to speed them up in time for it to rly matter. more upgrades to spend relics on would be neat. super invested and excited to finally get past the pit.

Realy fun, but a bit slow on progression. I think the ravens need to either be way cheaper, or collect more souls. Or being able to upgrade how many souls each click collects. There just needs to be an easier way to collect souls, preferably autamatable. The mass and cash is covered great by the gravediggers, caskets and such, as well as you dumping stuff in. But manually collecting the souls gets really aggrevating when the next upgrade is like, 750 or smth. Especially because the ravens are kinda bad. The fact they only collect 3 before going to rest for a really long time means you could technically leave them and the gravediggers going, but then you only get like, 3 souls every minute. And having to click to collect the souls one by one means that you can do alright with the first few upgrades, but when they start scaling, it takes forever to get the next upgrade. so you hit a wall around the end of the mass grave to the start of the pitt, where it takes forever to get anything done. Also, a bit more info on the different like, buildings?, on the left side. The gravediggers make sense and the caskets too, but then theres bones? are we just tossing bare bones in? and what is "hummus"? just a bit more tutorial as you progress would be nice. anyway I rly did enjoy! its a fun mechanic with the digging the pit to be bigger, and then restarting with the relics. having to upgrade the miner guys too was a fun factor. the cash was really well balanced actually, and i love the art style.

Hey just coming back to this. It's still not availible for apple on steam, so could you restore the demo?

Hey. Super fun, although the upgrade costs increase a bit fast. If the cultists could remember which job they were doing and go back to it that'd be nice. Maybe make an upgrade for it? I got the shelf to move in the library but im assuming thats a wip. The life crystal becomes the limiting factor, and those upgrades also scale a bit fast. But overall super fun and I can't wait to see where it goes. Also would love if the steam version would be availible on apple but idk how that works so no pressure.

Hey. Super fun  and interesting. it'd be nice if there was eventually an auto stomper so you just have to move the mouse around and hover.

Hey just played it through. First, the catch log still gets a bit iffy on the summer two fish if you're scrolled down in the menu, but the first summer ones work perfect. I also am still consistently missing lore because the notices complete too fast or I don't notice the popup. I think a popup window with text or maybe even some art would really incorporate the story more. I also think a tackle you could unlock in summer 2 is one that increases the bite rate of either fish for the notices or fish you haven't caught 100 of yet. You can vaguely narrow down on the bigger fish, but if you're trying to catch one specifically it can be frustrating. I think summer 2 should introduce a way to upgrade the tackles too, particularly because waiting to catch rare items for tales can take a while. Summer 2 starts off fun but then progression slows way down at the end because of the upgrade price increase. So you end up sitting there waiting for enough tales without being able to upgrade much or do anything. I'm not really sure how to fix that, maybe you could tie it into the tackle upgrade idea? Maybe a summer 2 new resource that you collect?

Hey just played through the new update. Love the seaglass idea, and I can't wait to see what other upgrades you can get. I think upgrading the rod should maybe get you another spinner slot, and after the first summer you could unlock more spinners and bait types. Or maybe gain the ability to upgrade the current ones. I noticed that when hovering over other fish in the catch list it glitches a bit between the two information overlays. being able to assign the hands to errands one by one would be nice, as well as calling them back.

Loved this. I think fleshing out the lore a bit would be nice, perhaps each gained unlock gives a small amount of text with the lore of the island and lamplighter. A "max" for the skills would be nice, because i started getting popups labout leveling up but it was in code. Having an option to turn off the auto bait once you get the box would be nice as well. Giving the helpers more to do would also be nice, I tended to just forget about them. The ending was very cute, but I think it would have been even better if after each notice is filled, you get a little blurb about the villagers, because I didn't know the people mentioned. A prestige would be nice, but I'm unsure what kind of unlocks would be fitting for it. All in all, loved it and I hope you keep expanding it.

Is there something you need to use the pyramid for or is it the last hidden sign?
