Oh, I see. I saw Indie’s reply to me about 6 and its variations but I guess I read it wrong. That makes way more sense, especially because I can’t see how there’s a happier ending.

Endings 7 & 8 are my white whales. I will reach them. Somehow. Eventually. I have no idea how but I’ll get there… god I’m so helpless without guides

Edit: Turns out I got those endings on the first try because there’s no “ending 7” or “ending 8”. Ending 6 has three variations depending on how much time you spent with Rosie.

I figured it out! I think what held me back is that I wasn’t really taking in each clue (taking in a bunch at once is kinda hard for me) so I was missing things that would’ve cleared things up right away. I was replaying some of the puzzles of yours I completed months ago and I was finding myself stumped, probably because I wasn’t processing each clue enough like I had before. You make great puzzles, Matthew.

I tried again after 11 days of not trying but uh, I think I’m stumped. I keep coming to the same conclusion and it’s always wrong. I think this and the restaurant puzzle are the ones I’m just never gonna figure out (and the mansion one but that’s because nothing happens when I click Check Answer)

There’s a bug in the game because there’s a pop-up from something with Manager in the name but there’s nothing when you click to chat with him

I never got past the puzzle about the man using a metal detector for coins because I have no idea how I’m supposed to go about it. I came up with so many answers and none of them worked.

I’ve clicked on the painting a lot but I don’t really know what it means. I keep thinking “quantities” like the amount of which letter determines the order but that doesn’t make sense because there’s three 1s and three 0s. Is there something that I’m missing. I do tend to miss a lot of obvious things so I wouldn’t be surprised. (I also have no idea what I’m supposed to do with the love apple when I make it)

Edit: Yeah, turns out I missed the obvious and I figured out how to open the safe. I was way too set on the “order” part. Sorry about that.

Ok, I keep painting myself into a corner. Does the first clue mean Cheryl took two gingerbread cookies and one of each of the rest (besides what she brought in) or does it mean she took gingerbread and as much as she possibly could of the rest?

Jumping back here now that I think I can comment again. Is there a way to finish this game? Every time I tried I would get stuck in the same place because I had no idea what I was supposed to do. I’d clicked on everything that I could and nothing happened
