Guess I'm lucky I found the game only within the last year, to my perspective it hasn't been all that long at all. Cheers on the new release, can't wait to see what and how you decided to change in the story.

Hell, and things were already looking down today. Thoroughly enjoyed Red Threads when it was still in active development and I'm sorry to see you being forced to shelve it, the holier-than-thou assholes can go fuck a cactus. I hope life goes well for you in any case, will keep my copy of the game in a place of honor if you ever have the opportunity to start up again, but for now I guess this is farewell.
This is a question that's been answered several times before, long and short of it is this is meant to be a slow burn narrative. Every girl will have scenes eventually, but they haven't been developed yet. There are a few lewd scenes in the game right now for side characters, but the emphasis is placed on romance.
That opens up all sorts of possibilities when it come to monster girls in general, kemonomimi or otherwise, so I'm all for it. But given the game's mostly stuck to stuff outside the sphere minus the vampire route (and to a degree lactation and pet routes), it might also be a good idea for a spinoff, sequel, or new project too.
The Collective Shout fiasco led to a bunch of devs on Itch to either be shadowbanned or outright removed from the site, with a fair few categories of material being particularly targeted, among them mind control content like CK. Arc previously had decided to completely remake the game to both clean up old code and do a soft reboot on the lore just prior to said events, which lasted almost two years. During the process they changed the artstyle from a Koikatsu style game to what you see in the "Original" image above, which left a fair few folks (myself included) disgruntled as a result due to how different it was from the first project. More recent changes to Patreon meant the reboot also wouldn't be allowed there, which cut off the game's main revenue stream outside of Itch, so Arc decided to can it entirely and start from scratch, which resulted in the polls over the last couple dev posts here.
While I love everything that's been said here, I hope scope creep doesn't start weighing on you too much. This has been your passion project since the start, and as much as I respect that you're willing to implement the community's ideas, all I ask is you be careful. There have been too many excellent devs I've seen bite off more than they can chew, and I'd hate to see you have to go through the same process.
Looks like we're getting an adorable jumping spider as a familiar based on the silhouette, good choice for both stealth and intelligence for such a small critter. Glad to hear you're in a better headspace now than the last couple devlogs, you had me a bit worried there Shady 1. Sorry for being silent a good long while, stuff irl has kept me incredibly busy for most of the year, but your devlogs are always a wonderful breath of fresh air. As always, here's hoping the week's seen you and your lovely wife well, see you again next week or on the server.
Definitely would've preferred seeing Comfy or Steamy (my choice) win, but Comfortable as the variant is a good compromise given how good the original Koi build looked. Just glad to see you're still moving forward regardless Arc, here's hoping our corporate overlords don't make more of a stink than they already have for the new version.
I'd personally say go for the two smaller releases and maybe give yourselves a break. What y'all produce is top shelf material, but stuff irl should always trump development to moi. Burnout sucks (shocker I know), and I would far rather the team take a hiatus and come back eager to resume than losing the passion you have for the project
Been having a lot of fun playing through the game since the last patch, as someone who grew up with Flash seeing a spicy version of Sort the Court was a nice way to pair nostalgia with some very appreciated visual upgrades. Add on top of that that you're expanding the concept with stuff like loyalty and I gotta say y'all are rapidly rising in my rankings so far as developers here on Itch are concerned. Thanks for all the hard work you've put in, can't wait to see the new ladies and features.
Been looking forward to news like this for over a year now, felt a bit surreal seeing the notification in my feed. Summer of Love was one of the first IF games I played on Itch, and frustrations or not, is still one of my favorites to this day. A pure and simple story about finding and fostering love (or at least it was on my end with Mattie), it was exactly what I was looking for then, and still is now. Cannot wait to see what you've made for us to feast on in the time since you restarted development.
Glad to see you're already set on Mei, she's always been one of my favorite members of the cast (though admittedly that might be due to my weakness for women with raven locks speaking...). Can't wait to see what y'all come up with next, as much as I like the original and AbsurdRes's work in it, I gotta admit I love the style ChienHoangVN has. Now to wait until more news comes up (my finger's already hurting thinking who'll take Ruth's spot as the fastest song...).
My second playthrough went far better than expected, guess RNG was on my side for once.

While Rachel is still probably my favorite among the girls, I gotta admit the spoilers on Megan have me tempted to try route B1 now. Been holding off on the game since 0.5.6 dropped, but if anything this should be seen as a mark of quality, tend to binge the projects I truly enjoy, and 30 Days has easily met that mark.
