We need a full version of this game!!!

The art style is really nice, the concept is super interesting, and now I need my 30-minute YouTube video with some guy speaking in a deep, calm voice explaining the entire lore XDDDD

Seriously, amazing work, especially considering how little time you had to make this!!

I can see what you're trying to do with your game, but I feel like it could use some clearer explanations. I had a pretty hard time figuring out what I was supposed to do, and honestly, I'm still not even sure I fully understood it XD

however, the graphics look nice ! I  like the style!

Okay, first of all, your game looks beautiful.

The hand-drawn art style is really lovely and honestly gives me some Little Nightmares vibes, which I love!

However, I think the gameplay could use a little more polish. I didn't really understand what the exploding pumpkins were supposed to do, how many pumpkins I needed to collect, what the leaves were for, or how the score was calculated.

that being said, I can definitely see a lot of potential in your work, and I really encourage you to keep going!! You've clearly got talent, and I'd love to see what you make next!

Honestly, I wouldn't mind making a longer, more polished version of the game! My teammate isn't quite as enthusiastic about the idea though, so we'll see what happens HAHAHA!

As for the soundtrack, I actually tried making the music myself at first, but I wasn't really sure about the result, so we ended up going with royalty-free music instead.

The art style is BEAUTIFUL!!! I struggled a bit with the jumps and throws, though, and ended up getting stuck... It's a shame I couldn't explore more of your game, but I still really enjoyed what I got to experience!! REALLY NICE GAME, BEAUTIFUL WORK!!!

Unfortunately, the game doesn't seem to work properly for me  I'm playing in my browser, but I just can't seem to smash the pumpkins...

The visuals look really nice, though, and I can definitely see the potential, especially with that HUGE skill tree!!  It's a shame I couldn't fully enjoy the game, because it looks really promising!!

Really nice game! I especially enjoyed the programming-based gameplay, it was a fun and interesting idea. Overall, I had a good time playing it, and I think it fits the jam's limitation really well.

My only little concern is that I couldn't really see the connection to the "Stay Warm" theme... Maybe if the character was some kind of firebender who needed to collect leaves to keep their flames alive, it would fit the theme a bit better? Just a random idea haha!

And yes, those are our own voices! We had a lot of fun making all those ridiculous sounds with our mouths, so seeing people enjoy them is absolutely hilarious!

This was actually my very first game jam! My teammate had more experience than me, so I learned a ton throughout the whole process. It's really cool to hear that someone could learn something from our game too, especially from a game design perspective!

Haha, Doom was definitely a big inspiration! We actually wanted the final boss to be some kind of Super Saiyan flower, and the tree was originally supposed to be just a regular enemy! Unfortunately, we ran out of time, so we had to change our plans. Here's a quick sketch I made based on an illustration of Goku! Thanks for the feedback, we really appreciate it!

the cover art is...special  ?! XD The game was a bit too difficult for me, though...  But I can definitely see its potential!! Maybe a tutorial explaining the mechanics and objectives a bit more clearly would make the experience even better.

I absolutely LOVE the art direction of this game!!! The gameplay is really fun, but I got a bit overwhelmed by all the information about new mechanics, enemies, and figuring out what could hurt me and what couldn't .
