Very good

Good to know my game wasn't the only one with poetry. Cave system felt realistic in a way how it looped back to other places and had many dead ends

The battle sprites looked good and it's nice that the gameplay was difficult enough that I was forced to use my skills.

It had the best gameplay I've played so far. For a while I thought it was impossible to lose, but eventually there was an increase in difficulty so that was nice.

By far the best game in this jam I've played so far and probably will play. At first, I thought this was going to be a demo with the end having you fight the first lord, but after beating Mammon, I'm under the assumption that the game might be complete, which I really like, not only that there's a lot of content, but boss rushes (which I really like) doesn't happen often in games.

Beelzebub was a difficult match (and his status effects did feel cheap at times) but despite losing to him four times I continued to come back every time until I beat him. The characterization is also done very well, not only with Dante which is done very well in the hour I played, but also the bosses themselves have very unique characters in terms of their design and dialogue.  This uniqueness makes you want to beat the one you're on to see the next one.

The three main things that all game developers rarely do well in at the same time are characters, plot, and gameplay, and yet this game did just that. 9.8/10

I really like how this game works, and I can actually see it as a game I would keep in my steam library if it gets some

balancing. I was just barely able to get one shift done and I was very lucky with the number of lantern refills. Most of the time I find myself only have one or two. Otherwise, the style is very nice and the enemies have a good variety.

I liked the unique gameplay and well-done sprite work. It also had a good idea for the ending, albeit it did feel like it was kind've out of nowhere

Not too much of an issue, but I did find a graphic bug with the spear woman in the animations 2 folder. The bottom of the spear crosses over to the flail guy's grid. Not the end of the world, just thought I'd let you know.

Hey, do you know if this can work on RMXP which has a standard of 32x48 measurements.

These look so awesome! two things though, for some reason in the dark, aqua diamond, and gold sets it looks like some of the pixels are missing. The helmets and armor look especially fragmented. Also do you plan on making more of these? Cause I'd love one made by you that is a bunch of different spells and skills.
