Great game!! The gameplay is great, I really like how the cat plays into it with having to keep it under control. Some light sound and loading issues on my end with constant clipping and lagging, but I think that was on my part and not the game. The artstyle is so cute too!!

This is a good game :) I think the upgrade mechanic is really fun, and it feels good to be able to gradually get farther towards the portal. the models and music are also very nice, really does feel like the vibe of a cheap plastic flying toy that's a few bumps away from dying. however, i think collecting coins to be able to afford upgrades is a bit tedious, since they only spawn at the starting area and you can only get 2 or 3 at a time. Perhaps it could be made a bit easier by having more spread out through the level, just above the floor? Good game regardless, well done!

Thank you! yeah, some of the minigames can be a bit confusing.  I was planning on adding some bigger indicators/tutorials on what to do, but due to time management issues, I could only add the little text that tells you what to do :( Volume sliders were also planned, but cut for a similar reason. I'm glad you liked the randomness!! I spent a day or two with friends brainstorming some ideas for the minigames so they weren't too similar to eachother!

I really like this game! The character design is amazing and the ending sequence is quite beautiful, especially the music. It reminds me a little bit of ENA Dream BBQ. The only thing I can say that I found a bit weaker was the movement being a bit slow. Other than that, the game is great!! I especially like how the camera moves when you go in and out of areas.

This game is really creative!! The art direction with all the hand drawn assets are really creative, and searching for all the stars were really quite smart. I think the final part was a bit difficult to see what with the changing colours, but the game overall is really great! The humour's nice too :)

Thank you so much!!! I don't really do pixel art outside of games, but I've been learning a little just to make the presentation a bit better. I think you're absolutely right with the key press event, but early in development the only way I'd known to make it work was with a bunch of if statements and needlessly complex checks that I couldn't change so late when I actually learned the easier way. Thanks a lot for your response!

Thanks!! Yeah, platforming is rightfully a bit finnicky since it was the first section I'd done. Wall jumping especially took some work and is still quite buggy with the random wall hopping that comes from I think just walking into one while in air? Also, I didn't know that the shooter felt slow!! I think it's not said well, but you can actually hold down left click before shooting to do extra damage (normal clicking does 1, holding does 3). That way each small enemy takes 2 shots and the shooting ones take 3. Sorry if that wasn't made known!! Thank you for responding :)

Thank you so much!! The artsyle especially was something I wanted to do right, although it does sort of go out of the window at the third level. And, yeah, some mechanics are sort of half-done due to time.  I could have made something in the platformer that communicated death a bit better, but it was all that I could come up with lol. Thank you so much for the reply regardless!!!

Yeah, I get that. The original intention was to repeat levels with increasing difficulty (I was originally planning one 3 longer platformer levels, some RPG levels and some arcade style levels, etc) but that was made with the thought that I'd have enough time to do that. Unfortunately, I didn't :( I basically had to rush most of the game because of school, and the game now is about 15% of what I wanted. I'll keep this in mind, though. Thank you for responding!!!

It should hopefully be resolved now, thanks for telling me :

Oh! That's not right at all! I'll add it soon, I'm now sure how this happened. Great catch!!
