Glad you enjoyed the mechanic! The whole "spinning webs" thing felt like a unique take on the theme so I ran with it. The names of the spiderlings all start with "Win" as well so it's "spin to win"... which is super silly haha
Thanks for the review!

Hey thanks for the review! Appreciate you coming back for the spiderlings. And I'm sure they do too!
Totally agree on the tutorial!. I think if I were to expand on this game, the role of the spiderlings would be a little more refined. They are kind of just a cheap way to establish checkpoints in the game right now. Would be cool if there was more of reward to it as well as narrative flow to keep the player immersed.
This was a fun one! I knew exactly what I was supposed to do when I booted up the game. Felt super gratifying immediately to gain points and combo without much effort. The progression was still fun though. Good job! Leaderboard feature is also a huge bonus.
Cons: Camera got stuck in a few spots but nothing major.
This is a really nice game and an incredible use of the theme. The spin mechanic is a core element to the game and is actually very fun. I found level 5 too frustrating too continue on. Not sure how many you made. But this is a great game. Played it a long time haha. Also enjoyed playing as a boss key
This game is great! I played it all the way through. The narrative was really enjoyable. It was cool to see the story unfold during each day. The art is also really nice! The mini games were a good take on the theme as well. Great job making a complete game for the jam!
Some things that were maybe missing would be a little more misdirection. The arrows told me exactly where to go and perhaps would have been more enjoyable if I had to figure it out myself.
This is a really neat concept. I love the simplicity of it all. The color palette feels super appropriate for a game that I could see having been released for the original Gameboy.
Had a hard time completing a voyage. I think a map would do well so that you know roughly where you need to go and where hazards are. Also some indication that the wheel is stuck would be nice
The idea is really cool and the gravitational pull on the objects seems well made. I had some difficulty with the controls. The click and drag was a little tricky to master and not having full screen made it cumbersome (some of the game was off screen).
Overall I think it's solid though! Visuals and audio are very nicely composed.
I've been making games with these assets and everyone always comments on how they love the music.
Many thanks to you for making my games more enjoyable!

I clicked until I couldn't click no more! It was a good time.
I didn't really understand the auto-drain feature. I don't know if it was ever kicking it or not. I just clicked the waffle a bunch if I ran out of things to click in the sidebar. Interface was a little overwhelming at first. A quick tutorial would serve well!
This is a great little game. I really enjoyed how simple but engaging the puzzles were and the world map was a really cool idea. Rather than just having some puzzles. It was nice to walk around the map. Also the little mini games were a nice touch.
I found the lava gathering to be pretty difficult. I wonder if there is some polish to be done there. Felt a little RNG dependent but maybe I'm just skill issue.

Game is cute. I think it could benefit by adding some coyote time for when a player is running off a platform and making a jump. The shooting causing kickback is a nice effect. I was a little frustrated that the character didn't turn in the direction of the mouse click so that would be cool to add as well.
Game is funny and adorable. The art style reminds me of old mini clip games. I found the beginning sequence to be surprisingly immersive and the switch up at the end was a fun way to embrace the theme.
I think the wave controls could be a little cleaner and adding upgrades would be nice. Also some more sounds would be helpful to provide feedback to the player.
