I suspect the issue is you are finishing at time stage 4 instead of 3. Lilly will refuse to sacrifice at 4.

The steps work but if you make the slightest deviation it will not work.

for asylum 3rd ending. when you get the leg binder the janitor will tell you that someone dropped some change under the fridge which you can find by repeatedly interacting with the fridge; you cannot get it while you have the leg binder though. If you spam interact the fridge before you get the leg binder i.e on a different run you will find some change which can be used with the vending machine to get a hammer. use the hammer on the cracked wall in your cell. 

No idea on the 3rd ending for candy witch. think it might not be in the game.

In the north room there is an invisible candle in the right wall.

As you have had a good attempt I will give the answer. I believe part of the enjoyment of these sequences is working it out yourself and I have noticed a trend on itch io of people wanting everything spoonfed to them.

Clear Hint on end goal

What you need is lily stripped down to her underwear with a blindfold, gag, arms tied and crotch rope, then interact with the alter. The method to achieving these states is listed below

Stripping : While lily has cat ears interacting with a bear will strip lily of an item of clothing. there are 4 bears.

blindfold : Traveling through the hole in the wall will put a blindfold on lily. can be removed and put on by using it when arms are free 

gag : sacrifice orb to alter. cannot be removed.

arms tied : Falling through the cracked floor will tie arms.

Crotch rope : there is a rope on the floor in the room with a hole in the wall. pick it up when lily is not a cat and use it from your inventory to tie a crotch rope.

 Step by step instructions for if you are really stuck. (be warned the ending is not particularly satisfying).

there are a few orders you can do the steps in but a single mistake will force a reset

1) Cut arm binds off with knives on wall

2) go to hole room pick up rope and tie crotch tie.

3) go through hole in wall

4) get pickaxe.

5) pass gazer to the west and remove blindfold.

6) open north room.

7) go to north room and interact with note then curtains. (spawns bear)

8) in starting room interact with mirror, THEN PUT ON BLINDFOLD and finally pickaxe on mirror. (spawns bear).

9)  pickup orb in north room.

10) go downstairs sacrifice pickaxe to alter. (spawns bear)

11) go to knife room use the knives to remove arm bindings

12) Pick up bottle and sacrifice it downstairs.

13) interact with both bears downstairs.

14) interract with one bear upstairs.

15) eat steak.

16) interact with final bear.

17) fall through cracked floor.

18) sacrifice orb to alter.

19) finally interact with alter to sacrifice lily to alter.

There are 3 tiers of patron. Sunflower, crimson moon and aster moiras.

Aster moiras get the full patron release with a cheat menu on the 28th. Crimson moon get the full patron release on the 28th. Sunflowers get the full patron release a week late.

Free version arrives 1 month late and will have certain content removed the posts on the itch page state what is not available. Mostly escape sequences, cgs and vdsm stuff. Not censorship, premium content.

I believe the west elevator of stratum 3 takes you to the north-east of stratum 1.

the blue switch must be pressed in stratum 1 and teleport traps are active. there is a teleport trap near the north east elevator that transports you near seconda.

You also need to spam your movement skill (space, w) to move fast enough.

Finally moved 3 rooms away and go back.

1) press blue switch in stratum 1

2) take tentacles to stratum 3 western elevator and use it.

3) step into nearby teleport trap.

4) run to seconda lab while avoiding traps

5) spam movement skill while doing this.

6) leave, walk a few rooms away and return to seconda

I think you are talking about the ridable tentacles.

Take it to secunda. Pink haired scientist lady.

The dev has planned to do 23. They do not take suggestions for content as they do not want any scope creep. They are planning to finish the game around the end of 2027.

The paid version currently has 3 escapes that won't be in the free version.

If you have the patron version.

1) escape and bind rinne

2) walk up 1 tile alley to the right of the love hotel (gets lily bound)

3) find blonde haired foxy mafia in South east corner of the map.

I think you only need 15 for gold. However a lot of the opportunity to go topless are patron exclusive.

You need to loop at least once (Lilith resets the escape)

Then during the subsequent loops there will be dialogue at a certain point that signals you need to do something different (at that exact moment) to what you have been doing i.e. leave the box.

The dialogue is pretty clear to the point where if you are missing it you are not reading. (I will give you a hint it happens when something really suspect happens)

Then think outside the box is literal in this case. The box is a trap and will make you lose your chance.

Final hint you get out of desire 2 hopeless escapes by not being horny and showing self control.

Assuming you are talking about the wheel of fortune.

There is no key. Cheaters must be punished.

There is an entrance to the caves at the very top of the main area of stratum 2 (go up and left in the mountain area)

Thank for the clarification. I have only played the free version before desire 1 was a thing so am not entirely sure what is cut from the free version.

You do realise you can turn the difficulty down by opening the menu (CTRL) while standing on a save point.

Get enough desire points and talk to the warden. There are other requirements which he will tell you.

However I think desire 2 is not in the free version. All of the new desire 2 content is supporter only.

Speaking of old versions in 0.19 the location of the bomb moves to the sewers

the only reason you need the doll on the alter to put the rope on is due to jank. you can incapacitate the other doll without the alter but alas you are Blind to the solution.

the state of the mansion is important depending on the difficulty level. for the route you are going for on masochist you want it to be in the creepy state.

Alternatively you can make the haunted house crash out and chuck you out or making a good enough offering on the alter could get you out of a Hopeless situation maybe.

It is hard but there will be a combination of actions which will give you a low enough score. You will need to look at the room and select the correct outfit before hand. There is a guide on the discord with the scoring.

When the doll is on the alter you can use a different item on the doll to combine them. I think you can work out where this is going.

There are a few other "ways out" depending on the difficulty.

Get to stratum 4 and start the maid quest. Will be in a chest outside after you have started.

Did you test the final fight at all? it is borderline impossible as by the time you reach the final bounce the projectile is going so fast if you do not hit the parry it at earliest possible point the projectile will hit you mid parry animation.

Apologies I downloaded the game and have found that these issues are only present in the browser version. beat him first time in the downloaded version hitless (because i smashed my head into the browser version for about an hour).

Difficulty of escape sequences is tied to overall game difficulty level with hopeless often requiring completely different solutions.

It is already in but only for paid supporters. Quoting from the patron announcement at the beginning of the year. 

"Before we begin, we previously mentioned that starting from v0.16, some content will not be available in the free public alpha. These items have been marked with an * in the outline below. Moving forward, expect most new escape sequences and VDSM scenarios to only be available for paid supporters"

 My first guess would be secundas study (she might be in the vdsm room), second have you been to stratum 3 it might be a requirement, second have you done stratum 4 sequence 1 the magician (could be a requirement due to reasons), is blanche still in the cafe? You may have to score high enough on the mini game for her to be let go (speculation), failing that check all maps for blue and red exclamation marks. If that fails I don't know you may have found a bug.

In the main area of night less city there is a exit to the north you have not been through (you can see it on the map). You already have the item you need to get through the door.

You can use the subway to reach different sections of stratum 4. In the second area go to the ❗ . I will not spoil more than this.

I assume you mean desire 2. You need to talk to the warden (maskie) there are some other requirements but he will tell you them.

Can't remember if desire 2 is in the public build so you might not be able to access it.

You need to do a story event on stratum 4.
