The number of candles in the room represent the order the numbers should go. It worked just fine the last time i checked but i will check it again once i get home. I am glad you liked the game though and I am sorry for the problems you encountered.

Very good looking game, and very fun too! Seems very polished. Would appreciate a pause menu though.

Maybe psx was not the exact vibe we were going for but we do have that dark and low poly vibe you might enjoy.

Really great looking and sounding game with an interesting story! Very polished too! I enjoyed it a fair bit.

Fun concept and a good take on the theme! The spritework is very nicely done too. The running seems a little op however that is nothing that cant be easily fixed. Overall i enjoyed your game a fair bit.

I wrote the dialogues myself and honestly, due to the lack of time and experience, I thought I could've done better, but maybe they weren't so bad after all.  Maybe, if we return to this game at some later point, we will rewrite the and improve, but right now, i am not at all dissatisfied with our little game! I will be checking your game out as well!

Thanks for playing our game! We originally planed to have a final scene where the snake bites its own tail (you know, to make a loop!) but we opted out in favour of the "infinite" platformer. We know that the platforming part of the game is rough and we will absolutely come back to fix a lot of stuff once the jam is over.
