I think "single-player *Among Us*" is the best way to describe this game.

Visually, it’s a beautiful piece of work; however, it took me a little while to get the hang of the mechanics and find my bearings.

The game has great mini-games, by the way. I’d just suggest having a difficulty progression across scenes. Maybe a first run with a smaller ship and a slower ramp-up of sabotage? That would be interesting for getting a feel for the mechanics.

All in all, great work for the jam. Congratulations.

Man, what a beautiful game. What you’ve managed to create is flawless. It fits the theme perfectly and is really engaging.

English isn't my first language, so I'm not sure if I fully grasped the mechanics. At one point, I was just playing whatever cards I felt like, and it actually worked.

The cards with 3D effects are a work of art. It might be interesting to have more distinct mechanical differences or impacts between the three types, or perhaps cards with sub-effects.

Congratulations on the work.

Was the visual style inspired by *Celeste*? The character looks quite similar, and I really liked it.

The first level was pretty tough, but the others were really fun. Deviating from the script was pure cinematic gold.

I think it's mostly a matter of balancing the levels to make the experience more enjoyable.

Excellent work. congratulations!

Very cute. And even though it followed a narrative path, it ended up being the kind of game I didn't expect to see in the Jam.

Congratulations on the work.

This was one of the visuals I liked best in the Jam. I really enjoyed the game. The mechanics were awesome.

The only little thing that bothered me a bit was the loading time for the shop; I felt it disrupted the game's flow slightly.

It really reminds me of Undertale. I’d love to see a campaign inspired by it.

Visually, the character art is beautiful; if I had to point one thing out, though, map movement could stand to match the quality of the character visuals.

Excellent work. Congratulations.

I hope you enjoy our game. I'm going to play yours now. https://toshigawa.itch.io/anothernightatthemuseum

A really fun game. I found the visuals extremely pleasing, and not only that, but I feel the game has the potential to incorporate other mechanics and modes to become something even bigger.

I think the snowballs could stand out more on the map. Maybe with an outline? I'm not sure, but just so they don't blend in with the snowy map itself or get camouflaged.

Congratulations on the game.

My favorite monster is the dinosaur.

Thanks for playing.

I was thinking about adding a simple menu to control the music and sound effects. I'm not sure if I can edit it now that the jam is over.

Hey man. First off, I wanted to thank you for playing. I hope you had fun with the game.

I agree with you about the boss; that was the part we really wanted to focus on. I’ve just made some quick adjustments to the crystal placement and the boss's speed.

If anyone dies to the dinosaur, I want you to know that you're the one responsible, hahahahahahha

Thanks again for playing!

Hey everyone, I'm a Brazilian developer who started making games a little over 7 months ago.

Emrys Tower is a project I started developing at the beginning of the year, and I hope you enjoy this top-down RPG.

Thanks for playing!

Hey everyone! I just released my first solo game and I'd love for you to check it out.

Emrys' Tower is a top-down boss-rush RPG where you play as an ancient wizard climbing a mysterious tower. Inspired by D&D, you'll face some of its most iconic creatures along the way.

Play it free in your browser:

https://toshigawa.itch.io/torre-de-emrys

Features:

• Multiple floors with diverse enemies and boss battles

• Bestiary encounters inspired by D&D lore

• ~20 minutes of gameplay

• Available in Portuguese 🇧🇷, English 🇬🇧, Spanish 🇪🇸 and French 🇫🇷

This is my first solo release — any feedback is very welcome!

No Mimics or Beholders were harmed during development. Don't listen to them, I have good lawyers.
