I’d give the game a 9/10! 🔥 I really enjoyed it and I think you did a great job with the design and overall experience.

The only things I’d suggest are adding a small tutorial at the beginning to help players understand the mechanics, and maybe considering another movement/control option besides relying mainly on the mouse, since that might not feel comfortable or easy for some players.

Overall, though, the game is really fun and has a lot of potential. Great job! ❤️

I really loved the art and design of your game! 😄 Did you create all the art yourself, draw it from scratch, or work with an artist?

I’m also working on pixel art, but I’m honestly not very good at it yet 😂. I’d really appreciate your advice because I want to add a brand-new boss fight to my game that looks more professional and unique.

Any tips on how you approached the art would help me a lot! ❤️

Hey! I downloaded and tested my game again, and everything seems to be working normally on my side. 😅

So maybe you meant the story screen? In the story, you move through the dialogue using the arrow keys. If that’s the part you were having trouble with, let me know and I’ll check it out.

I just want to make sure I understood the issue correctly before I start changing anything. ❤️

Hey! Thanks a lot for the feedback! ❤️

I’m actually working on the game right now, and I’m going to upload the different versions to figure out exactly what caused the opening-screen input problem and fix it.

I also have a YouTube channel where I’m documenting my game development journey, so you might enjoy following along if you want to see how the game grows over time.

And I’m not planning to make a boring “learn game development” course 😄 I want to make a course that actually helps people build the game they’ve always wanted to make — the same way I’m building mine, Chronicles of the Lost World.

Also, your game is going straight onto my Q-list 😂🎮 I’m going to try it myself and give you an honest, fair rating. I promise I’ll be judging it for real, not just giving you a nice score because you reviewed my game 😄

Oh, and I haven’t started uploading the videos yet! 😅 So you might have to wait a little bit until I start posting them.

Thanks again for giving my project a chance!

thanx

OK SURE

I really enjoyed the game and I think it has a lot of potential! I have a few small suggestions that could make the experience even better:

  • Adding a pause menu would make the game feel more complete and polished.
  • The character's visual design could be improved to make them more appealing and memorable.
  • The character animations could be made clearer and more noticeable, so the movement feels smoother and easier to follow.

Overall, I enjoyed the game, and I think these changes could add a nice extra level of polish. Great work! 🌱🎮

I enjoyed the idea behind the game and I think the concept has a lot of potential. I have a few suggestions that could make the experience better:

The character's movement and animations could use some polishing, as they sometimes feel a little unnatural. I also think the character's visual design could be improved to make them more appealing and memorable.

I also felt that the “Plant a Seed!” theme could have been incorporated more strongly into the gameplay and overall experience.

These are just suggestions, and I think the game has a nice foundation. With some additional polish, especially to the character and the way the theme is presented, it could become even better. 🌱🎮

I really like how the game looks! Here are a few small suggestions that I think could make it even better:

  • Instead of having the information appear all at once, you could add a fade-in and fade-out effect to make it feel smoother.
  • At the beginning, you could organize the text better because some of it overlaps. Adding a proper font could also make it easier to read.
  • You could add collision so the player can't fall underneath the ground. This could prevent some small issues.
  • The city could be much bigger instead of being only a small part of the map. You could make it fill more of the space and add more branches and paths to explore.
  • The trees and buildings could also be made bigger, with collision added to them as well.

Overall, I really enjoyed the game! These are just some small suggestions that I think could make the experience even better. 🌱🎮

I really liked the concept and the environmental theme 🌱 The presentation looks promising, and I was excited to try the game.

Unfortunately, I couldn't get past the main menu. The Play button responds visually when clicked, but it doesn't actually start the game. I also tried using the keyboard, but I still couldn't get into the gameplay.

I hope you can fix this issue because I'd genuinely like to see what you created. Great concept, and I wish I could have played it! 🎮🌱
