that one needs to be in the database, yes. This plugin simply lets you go beyond the limit of 3 frames per motion.

Hello! Thank you so much for this insight!!
I will try and implement the command description bind code in the next update. That one seems like a really good one and useful!
As for the Visustella menu cursor, its expected that it wont show as the YEX Engine draws up different class of menu and it's not technically designed to co-exist with Visustella's stuff apart from the ones i chose to patch it with.(Visu_OptionsCore). And since you mentioned a very useful feature again, I will implement the ability to add your own menu cursors! Count on it!
For the Actor popup, I have been dreading about the way the users can customize it too rather than a simple popup like that. I will weigh my options and apply them in the future updates!
Thank you very much for buying and supporting YEX Engine!
Please dont worry about asking too much questions! I welcome them!!
At the moment, no there is no plugin command that can do that. You'll have to manually add the monster but it is VERY easy to do as the monsters are basically the actors so you can add/remove them with rpg maker mz's vanilla settings! For the UI, yes you can change the window and yes you can change the colors but you'll have to play around with the code itself if you want to change things as its not available as a plugin parameter.
And lastly, yes!! In the recent updates, I have added animated battlers for the monsters, so yes it supports idle animations!
It's in a state where you can start your project! Right now, the updates are still coming in and probably wont stop any time soon. As more features will be added at a later date when i get to them. But I guarantee you that it's in a working state! Compatibility with other plugins might work without any problems. But if you DO find a compatibility issue, feel free to join my discord server and I can patch it for you from there.
