Blowing up Old Hobb's radio to unlock the skip button is one of the best jokes I've seen in a jam game ("Is my beard still smoking?!"), and flipping between three lighthouse cams on night 10 really does feel like a FNaF night shift. Made a short review of Keeper's Light.

8/10, vibe check passed. The night shift with the grumpiest boss. The one thing that would push it higher: a faster first minute, or a skip on the very first run. Thanks for making it!

Hey it seems like I'm either missing something or the balance is way off. You have to lose multiple times to get some gold for upgrades to even win the very first battle.

It's a spin on the familiar tetris and match-3 formulas. It follows the basic rule set. Other than that there's honestly not much of originality.

Functionally the game is fine, I'd add some tutorials in the game for those unfamiliar with the genre.

Hey I like the idea but to be honest there's too much going on. The mini-games follow the real-world logic of drive-pack-organize-drive etc., but it's a bit too much for one game. It might be a better idea to polish just one or two. Especially the last 2 stages, setting the furniture in the new house and sokoban for some reason, feel unnecessary.

Driving and organization have most potential in my opinion.

After assembling the first rifle I couldn't mount it and therefore progress. Looks like a bug.

Plus there's only Portuguese which I don't speak, unfortunately.

Glad you liked it

Thanks for playing  :)

Since Argon was optional, I decided to forgo it.

I'm glad you liked it, thanks for playing!

I also felt that UI/UX could use some polish, and it's good to know I wasn't alone. I will give it a thought.

Thank you for playing, and for the feedback!

Thanks for playing it! if you had any thoughts on any specific parts of it - I'd appreciate it very much :)

I tried at least one other choice before that, the red one at the bottom. So it was a choice, but I'd made a wrong one before that because I felt powerless at that point

Sorry, I meant I'd won on 4th or 5th attempt :)

I managed to make them go with my shop being the only one left on the street, burned on the corners, it was on night 10 I think

Thank you!

I will pass it to Claude to ponder over.

And gave your game a shot, the review is on its page

Well, I managed to survive on 4th or 5th night.

Gotta say it's quite atmospheric! Well done

You’ve just moved to the Shire. You have a cart, some savings, and a welcome that won’t last unless somebody decides you’re worth keeping.

Stranger is a short dice game about being the newcomer. A run is five years. Each week you roll two dice and choose which one to move by, and something happens wherever you land. The Bounders would like to see your papers. A neighbour’s birthday party expects a gift. A new levy seems to apply mostly to you, and its form has nine sections.

The locals remember what you choose. Some warm up and become friends who’ll help you once a year. Others start working against you. Your run ends after five years, or sooner if your gold, reputation or welcome runs out.

  • Three places: the Shire, Rohan and Minas Tirith. Each one has its own events, locals and ranks to climb.
  • Stars: earning them in one place opens the next.
  • Shop: between runs you spend what you earned on gear.
  • Length: a run takes about 15 to 20 minutes, and you can close the tab and pick it up later.
  • Phones: it plays fine on a phone.

It’s free and plays in the browser. It’s an unofficial fan game.

If you are anti-AI you might want to skip this one as it touched most aspects of the game.

Play it here: https://yukajii.itch.io/stranger

I would love any feedback on the game, and I hope you enjoy it!

Thank you smokey, I'll checkit out :)

Hi all. My entry is Stranger, a small dice game about being the newcomer somewhere very old.

You pick the Shire, Rohan or Minas Tirith and try to last five years. Each week you roll two dice, choose which one to move by, and deal with whatever’s on that square: the Bounders want your Record Number, a neighbour’s birthday party expects a gift, and a new levy seems to apply mostly to you (the form has nine sections). The locals remember what you pick. Some become friends, some start working against you. The run ends when five years are up, or sooner if you run out of gold, reputation or welcome.

I made the first version in May and it sat on my own site. For the jam I rebuilt everything you see and hear:

  • Code: Claude Code. That was also true of the May version.
  • Art: all new, made with GPT’s image model, with tall backgrounds for phones.
  • Music: Suno, one track per place.
  • Interface: redone from scratch.

It’s English only for now.

No torches, sorry. The closest thing is the lamps in the hobbit holes.

It plays fine on a phone. I’d like to hear which event got you killed, and whether any place feels too harsh or too easy.

I'm both proud and ashamed of how fast I could find any point of interest on this map :)

Well done!

I only wish there were more images in POI cards

And yes, sure, a street view would be an absolute game-changer :)

Dwarf Breaks Out is a fast-paced roguelite brick-breaker where your dwarf is the paddle, your pickaxe is the ball, and the mountain is the boss.

The Jam Challenge & AI Workflow The project started as a basic closed-system concept generated on Nanogram. The challenge was to keep the core mechanics of that original version intact while vastly expanding its depth and scope using Claude. Uniquely, 100% of the game’s assets — from the gameplay logic and progression systems to the pixel art and music — are entirely code-generated.

Core Features:

  • Dynamic Roguelite Runs: Navigate a branching mine-shaft map filled with merchants, forges, shrines, and treasures. Smash your way through four distinct biomes (plus a secret fifth act) and face off against 9 different bosses that enrage at half health.
  • Deep Build Variety: Customize your run with 25 tiered boons, 6 legendary evolutions, and 19 rule-bending relics. Play as one of four dwarves, each bringing a unique "Grudge" super move to the table.
  • Meta-Progression: Spend collected ore in "The Hall" between your 10-minute runs to unlock new dwarves, perks, and relics. The game also features escalating difficulty levels, a Daily Delve with a shareable seed, and 43 feats to conquer.
  • Highly Accessible: Fully responsive design that plays perfectly in portrait mode on mobile or widescreen on desktop. Includes extensive accessibility toggles for game speed, auto-throw, screen-shake reduction, and multiple input methods (touch, mouse, keyboard, gamepad).

did you mean I did not TORCH it? 😂

my pleasure, and good luck on the jam! maybe I'll join it too

Gaston's zero-star review ("an ashtray with tablecloths") had me laughing, and the spoon crack on a perfect crust is so satisfying. Made a short review of Torched!, and gave Odile and Gaston their own moments in it.

8/10, vibe check passed. One blowtorch, one very hungry critic. The one thing that would push it higher: let the order wishes change more than how dark the sugar goes. Thanks for making it!

Made a short review of Uncovered: the first swipe blowing the leaves off the parrot, the washer peeling the OLQUARA sign, and the timelapse at the end are all so satisfying 🧽

7.5/10, vibe check passed. The one thing that would push it higher: the generated areas after the five hand-made murals start to look alike, so a few more hand-made ones (or more varied generated murals) would really carry the endless part.

 Thanks for making it!

Made a short review of Destroy the Meteor: watching two buildings turn into that skyline, and then keeping the meteor as a second moon, is a great payoff ☄️

8/10, vibe check passed. The one thing that would push it higher: late game gets hard to read (shots, wires and labels pile up, and the menu text is very small on a phone).

Thanks for making it!

AI-assisted review for an AI-assisted game sounds like a good match :)

But I genuinely loved the game, and I hope the video brought you some new players

Made a short review of OnePixel: that "click me!" arrow is the best cold open I've seen in a clicker, and ending on a blue screen with "Stop code: PIXEL_ZERO_DESTROYED" got a real laugh 😄

8/10, vibe check passed. I also gave you a shout-out for turning the late-game feedback into a rebalance within a day.

Thanks for making it!

I made a 60-second review of Missile Stream!

The ghost stream of every past missile is such a clever idea 🚀 8/10, vibe check passed ("Your mistakes become your wingmen").

Thanks for making it!

Probably by making the mini-games a little more intuitive, and giving the player more actions and agency.

But regardless, it's already really solid :)

I made a 60-second review of Malfoid Dating Sim!

The voiced insults, the waltz minigame and the moment the register starts rewriting things won me over 💚 8.5/10, vibe check passed ("A fan game with real teeth").

Thanks for making it!

What a lovely game! Cozy and idle, great for a quiet autumn day.

I retired with a billion and got so inspired I even made a short review :) I hope you like it

The game is really fun!
Especially the second universe is pretty cool :)

I actually even made a short review on YouTube about it, I hope you like it:

Hi everyone!

I've just released Dwarf Breaks Out, a roguelite brick-breaker you can play free in your browser, on desktop or phone:

https://yukajii.itch.io/dwarf-breaks-out

One throw, whole stage: a bomb build chaining through an entire wall.

You throw a pickaxe, catch it on the shield your dwarf holds over his head, and smash your way down through four acts of a mountain. Every floor hit costs a heart. Between stages you pick your route on a branching map and build up boons, relics and evolutions, until things get properly ridiculous.

- A branching mine-shaft map: digs, Rich Veins, merchants, forges, taverns, shrines and treasure

- 25 boons, 6 evolutions and 19 relics (plus a few nasty curses)

- 9 bosses, from a Stone Golem to a Deep Dragon, and a secret fifth act behind three Rune Keys

- 4 dwarves, each with their own Grudge super move

- 10 Delve difficulty levels, and a Daily Delve that's the same run for everyone

- Free, no install, no login: mouse, keyboard, gamepad and touch all work

A run takes about 10 minutes, and I'd really like honest first-session feedback: did the first run make sense without reading anything? Which boons felt useless, and which builds broke the game?

AI assistance was used in development, mainly for the code; the design, direction and playtesting are mine.

Thanks for taking a look! If you try today's Daily Delve, I'd love to see your share code in the comments on the game page.
