File stuck processing

I need to push a game update asap, but it's currently stuck in processing. So now IDK what to do. I already submittied a ticket. 411921. But I was told it can take up to a month for support to get back with you. The key is with a publisher so I can't exactly just start a new project either.

We've identified a processing backlog caused by a network slowdown between our build servers and storage provider. It's affecting butler pushes, including small patches. Builds are still processing, but as of this post there's a delay of several hours.

If there's an emergency and you need to get a new file up on your page, you can upload from the browser to skip butler processing entirely.

Edit: The network issue seems to be resolved, so the backlog is catching up now, some larger builds might take some time but smaller games queue is mostly processed.

Same. Maybe an issue with the servers currently?

most likely it’s usually smooth

Same here.

In my case through butler, three bundles (one per platform) weighting 37MB, 46MB and 81MB, and pushed them around 1:40hs ago.
It's an incremental build from the previous version, so probably the real size is smaller.

Mine was through butler as well. A 2.1MB patch, and a 43MB first upload for a new project. Both stuck in processing for 2+ hours

Same here, through butler. Hung since 8:30am this morning.
