How does the game fit the theme?
Your group of friends has performed a ritual, and one of them has been replaced with a "replacement". Every phase of the ritual, the replacement will kill one of the group in a room.
Then, they will lie about their location and its up to YOU to find out who was in the room where the murder occurred. The replacement only knows what has already been said, and who's surrounding the crime scene, so ask questions wisely...
[The game is randomly generated, the killer is different each time, and the roles and level rotate too!]
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I made pretty much everything EXCEPT: the outline effect!
I made the music & SFX in FL studio, Game in unity, Models in blockbench!

so much potential i really really enjoyed it, i know how it feels to not have time, life gets in the way but u somehow still manage to make something good, well done
I'm in the same boat when it comes to running out of time and not being able to add all the content that was planned. This game is great though and a lot of fun despite that. If I didn't know something was missing, I would've never saw anything off about the game. The exception being that there was not logo in the main menu. If you did continue to work on it, I would love to play it again. I love the vibes of this one.
Some of the best i played in the jam, really small game but really fun and extremely replayable, it genuinely made me lock in and think, there being a second layout was a great surprise, this is pretty damn good, congrats!
I like the music. I was able to beat the game first time every round I wish there were more it was easy to conclude the killer because of one alarming thing. I think making it a lil more difficult would make it fun throwing a red harring
very simple and straight forward papers please style gameplay. Nice choice of music, it fits with the atmosphere.
Great concept! The art is really cute - it gives off some sweet Japanese school game vibes. I really enjoyed it!
Really interesting game. I liked it.
*If you open the map and then press the "A" or "D" key, you bug the character outlines. If you press Map again, it fixes itself.

This game is unfinished BUT DEFFO PLAYABLE for a few rounds in its current state!!!
I wanna add more stuff but I'm heeeeeellllllllllaaaa busy irl from today onwards so I tried to get a playable version out asap and just work on it when I can !!
