How does the game fit the theme?
"Trust no one... even your own words..."
In Street Chatter, you attempt to gain the trust of Mike Heathers, a man charged with murder, to get a confession out of him. You do this by answering his questions or siding with what he says. You never get a clear answer as to how your words affect his judgement until the very end when he decides to kill you, or to confess to you.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
All Scripts/Models were made by me during the jam.
Public domain rain ambience: https://pixabay.com/sound-effects/nature-rain-sound-188158/
Brick, shingles, footpath textures were found from various Public domain sources.
Mike's face texture is sized down from a random stock guy I found online.

i loved the intense atmosphere, it really sells the critical situation i am in as the detective.
I got knifed :D
Cool atmosphere. The player input seemed to register quite slow and the dialog happened very slow as well. Could speed it up a bit
