How does the game fit the theme?
There's a murder among the dining party of the royalty, but as long as you don't know for sure, who the assassin is, trust no one!
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Except the font, every asset was made during the jam by the contributors.

I like the idea. It fits the theme and it's original.
You could have went with a simpler font.
Congratulations on your submission!
was a little hard to read the text due to the font and size, and when I clicked the tutorial it flashed on screen faster than I could read it then I found myself just clicking around trying to figure out how to play. Couldn't find any way to make the game full screen to see if it was easier to read. The music was fun, and the art was unique. I agree adding some detail to the game page would be a good idea
Hey Sublittoral Games,
thank you for the detailed feedback and the time you spent with our entry.
We'll add the description for the tutorial button (question mark in the upper right corner). The option to go fullscreen is now enabled.
We really love to hear that the asset were to your liking, as these did not receive as much time as we normally spent on them.
Big thanks again!
I found the font really hard to read so it took me a moment to figure this buppo out. But it has a nice core idea once you play through it a couple times.
Kisses to the homie!
Fullscreen option was turned of in the itch settings, big ouchie.
Love to hear that you enjoyed the design aspect.
At least write a description for the game, because it's really unclear what to do and how to exit the kitchen menu
Hey Ciretrus,
sorry to hear that missing details in the tutorial text caused you trouble. The text was a last minute addition, but i think we missed a line that for every guest a food must be provided. I'll add that detail to the description asap.
Thanks for the feedback and your playtime!
Now that I've read the description and played the game, here's my take. The concept is neat - tracking the characters and deducing the killer is a solid mechanic, and it fits the theme well. However, the pacing feels sluggish and you start yawning after a while, especially during the long waits while everyone finishes eating. Visuals could also use a bit more love: the little characters are nice, but it’d be great if the background matched the quality of the cover art. Good job overall
Hey Ciretrus,
Thank you for revisiting the game and taking the time for further feedback!
I totally agree with your points, we slightly overscoped the game a bit for the time we had, especially the art and UI fell short this time.
And considering the resolution phase, it was the junky last-day solution to slap on a lot of timers.
Great to hear, that you liked the overall concept and core mechanics, even if a lot of polish and playtesting was missing.
Again thank you for playing!
I was kinda confused at first, the text is a bit too small in my opinion and combined with the font, it was a bit unreadable since I couldn't put in on fullscreen but once you understand it is a good game! Good Job
Hey Kodzukye,
thank you for your time playing our submission!
I just saw, that the itch-settings to show the fullscreen button were disabled. This is fixed now.
Glad you enjoyed it.
