This is a really cool simple and classic style game -- great for training fighting game reflexes. It feels really simple, but the animations and hit boxes are on point. Only thing I'd really suggest is a way to tracks stats, such as hits parried/taken, etc. I like the idea of being a wizard trying to learn how to fight who needs time to charge up his spinny kick.

I liked the idea of the game. I think the timing of the parry is really hard to hit correctly even on easy mode (or maybe I just suck) and the hard mode is impossible to win. The animations look really good!
I wish there was some way to see how to time the parry better.
Maybe a slider that bounces back and forth that you have to parry while it's full?
Overall it's a fun idea
The timing was a bit difficult at first but i started to understand it over time. This has a unique theme and i enjoy how it has a certain rhythm to it! the sounds are a little loud and startled my sensitive ears. I like that there is multiple difficulties and multiple enemies to fight! i give this one a strong rating, my biggest issue was being confused about fighting back but the parrying part made sense. i also like how you added certain timings too!
This was a very interesting twist on an arcade style fighting game. As someone who's fond of parry characters in fighting games, I enjoyed the challenge. The models look great, and the use of animations was really clever, especially on the final level with the crazy backflip attack. The difficulty selection was really cool.
Hey! I think this game is super neat and fun. Unique as well. It has a lot of personality and the premise is funny, and in simple mode it feels really nice. In standard mode though I felt like the parry timing was off. Maybe I need to just get good but it feels like the parry moment is at the wrong time/ feels unnatural. Your UI was really cool throughout and I think overall this game is a standout. Keep it up!
It's fun, I liked how the later enemies used more confusingly long and fancy attack animations. I didn't like much how they reused animations from earlier enemies, and I'd rather the later enemies had fewer animations from earlier enemies.
This is a different game from the others that I play, but the art style is quite pleasing to look at. The game focuses on the player’s skills and the timing of their presses of the buttons. The buttons are easy to understand for new players. I would have liked to have seen more options for the wizard, such as a new skill or move after parrying. However, it is a cool game with simple gameplay.
This game was really fun. The concept of only being able to block and parry is great, but I wish that there was more variety to the actions we could perform. Gameplay boils down to just hitting the spacebar at the right time, like a rhythm game with no beat. I think it would be really fun to incorporate something like Punch-Out's blocking heights, where you have to block low, high, or center depending on where the opponent is aiming. There being different key binds for different types of blocks would spice things up a lot.
The game was actually pretty fun! Aside from a bit of art critique, my only suggestion is maybe add in a score text on the side. like "Parried" or "blocked" or "hit". This might help some players learn the parrying a little easier.
Side note, this might've been my imagination but a few times I was hit and I blocked but it didn't take dmg or give mana, nor were there sounds.
I really like the idea of this game. It's really funny and I like the use of some of the animations. I think maybe some audio to the attacks of the enemies that could maybe help with the parry timing. perhaps having a background environment could help make it look better.
This is such a unique idea for a game. The title screen felt really professional, as well as the instructions. The game parry system felt good but could maybe use a little tweaking. The animations were fun to watch as well. I wish I could move around though, I feel like that would make the game feel more dynamic. Regardless, this is a great foundation for something even bigger and better.
This game has a fun and simple concept focused on parrying, which makes gameplay engaging and easy to pick up. The controls are very straightforward, and the animations, sound, and visuals fit the theme well. The difficulty options add some variety too. However, the gameplay can feel a bit bland over time, and the parry timing doesn’t always feel consistent. There are also small issues like UI problems and a glitch with enemies not resetting properly. Overall, it’s a solid and entertaining game with a cool idea that could use a bit more depth.
PARRY THIS YOU FLITHY COMMNER! - The wizard
Anyway, the game is bit bland for my taste, the game looks good, the title screen is presentable, The instructions seem tad to long that I honestly tried to skim through it to get to the actual important, and it quite funny for the knight do a backflip. But the parry system, it needs some reworking , because I would expect it to work at the last frame of animation rather the wind to the actual hit. Still the game was pretty entertaining. Although there was one glitch during the normal where the first opponent knock each other out at the same time, and when I retry on the level, the dude was still on the floor yet still inflecting damage and parry in the same spots.
I like the idea behind this game, as it feels like a much simpler version of Street Fighter, where you only have to worry about parrying attacks and keeping an eye on the enemies' attack patterns. I also like how you included multiple difficulty options to give some variety in how the game is played. The music and sound effects are pretty good, and I like the animations that were used, as it fit the overall theme of the game well. I also like how the controls were incredibly simple, with the only button needed to play being the Spacebar, and everything else just comes down to good timing. Overall, a very awesome game that I really enjoyed.
The concept of this game is very engaging and fun. I personally love games where parrying is an option and I feel it leads to more interesting gameplay. Speaking of the gameplay, this game is simple but effective. The only thing I could criticize would be the difficulty menu due to there being anchoring issues. Aside from that the game looks really good.
