my View:

• Never had problems with indexing before (20+ projects released)
• Update on first of May - Server not available for a few hours
• After that none of my new packs are getting indexed
• When I update an old pack of mine it is removed from the index

Did I do something wrong?

Is this happening to other people connected to this timeframe?

Really appreciate any feedback or some conclusion.

In case it helps I have opened a support ticket 10 Days ago with no response until now (364402).

I do enjoy this platfrom a lot and am looking forward to making more content :)

Today, I noticed that the number of impressions and CTR had disappeared for no reason. I hadn't updated anything (the last project change was 31 days ago), and I had been deprived of indexing. I don't know what the problem was

No idea what’s going on, friend 😅 I’ve already been waiting around half a year to get indexed and there’s no way to get a response, neither by email nor here. They’ve only told me “I already informed the administrators,” but well… guess that’s how it is xd.

Can confirm that something big happened around May 2nd. One of my games which had been out for a while got completely de-index and quarantined despite not having been updated or touched for months. I also sent in a ticket (363900) but still have not heard back yet. I'm a little concerned about an upcoming project of mine if this means all my future projects are going to be quarantined as well.

yes, I updated my asset pack pages with some new images and now they all have be deindexed, seems like there are quite a few support cases about the same thing. But I think I may have been delisted before I did an update tbh, probably around 1st May, as you mentioned.

I also published a new asset pack in this timeframe, and it’s not indexed either. Never had this issue before

Update: Today I got a response from the support and my packs are now indexed Many thanks and best of luck to everyone
