I BECAME A HUMAN KEBAB!! Really original game, really funny voice lines, it even has a plot, which is cool! A little bit more directions would have been nice, like in the boss fight, I was hiting her with left click all the time and it stopped working so i had to switch to right click. maybe a skill issue on my part, but you could check it out if ya want!

Also i found a bug in one of the enemies (in the floor with the totem) that I had to let them hit me because they had no hearts but were still attacking, but then after i took away their heart gained from my kebab meat, they disappeared

Wanna say while this was in part enjoyable like the ridiculous jousts and fights as well as interesting take on spin to win and surprisingly good level design with landmarks so u won't get lost....

But Graphics were Minecraft style and sorta jerky with clipping thru buildings. Shaking movement when walking also made me nauseous.

The spin theme might be taken abit too far particularly with the spinning chairs as lifts. Man was again about to throw up.

There are several lampoons to Detroit: Become Human I will not discuss, but I would like you to know it is done in poor taste and bad form

This game conveys info to the player very well, nice graphics and on theme - becoming a kebab is a very serious predicament if you think about it. Only issue is the enemy hitboxes could be more forgiving, lots of missed hits that looked like they should have connected

Didn't expect the transition at the start and caught me off guard, but in a good way. Very unique use of the spin to win theme!

Goofy voice acting definetly made my day :D

Two attacks and different hearts for the enemies were actually pretty clever for gaining gameplay variety, and a final boss wasn't that challanging, but his mechanic was interesting. I would absolutely love to see more enemies (since even though they look different, they do exactly the same thing)

Also, little bit unfortunate that you couldn't fix the audio issues in time, such a shame :C

Overall, good, quirky and goofy expierience, with a nice spin (ba-dum tss) on the theme :D

Playing a voice-acted spinning kebab fighter wasn't on the to-do list, but I'm glad we're here 😂
Loved the theme and the scuffed VA work. Really liked that being a kebab was part of the gameplay, with the attacks and spinning interactions and how everyone wants to eat your meat. Although, I wish I was able to see the ending. At some point the potions at the wizard fight weren't doing anything and I couldn't beat the dude. I also thought it would be nice if I was able to regain health by picking my meat off the floor.

Kebabalicious! Homer Simpson's head turned into a donut and he kept eating himself, I have no doubt I'd do the same here :D

Great work! Defeating enemies is a bit of a challange, but was very fun. Great VO! Juicy!

What a funny idea hahaha. I think I would have preferred for the attack hitbox to be a little bigger, but overall combat was really interesting. The elevator chairs were confusing, but I figured it out pretty quick and thought they were kinda funny. Unfortunately, I think the final boss was bugged, the potions would unlock maybe one or two of its hearts, but the rest just stayed white the whole time. All in all I really enjoyed it though! Great job :)

Absolute zero in terms of seriousness, absolute max in terms of enjoyment. Maybe you won't win the most serious award, but the combat system is fun to engage, nice dungeons to explore (were those aztec brown pillars for anything other than decoration? As well as that peculiar plate. I had a feeling that some props are completely out of place).

I really appreciate the voice acting hahah, it added A LOT of personality to the experience. And the ending with endless spinning is defo cherry on top. Good game!

The voice acting is really funny ("juicy!" caught me off guard and really made me laugh).  The combat takes some getting used to, but it ends up being pretty satisfying.  The other ways of integrating spinning (the puzzle at the door, moving up and down between levels) were cool, too.  I did run into what I think it a bug, where one of the enemies had its hearts disappear and I could no longer damage it.

Nice work!

Absolute kebab!!

Voice acting, top tier. Gameplay, dark souls.. Difficult but incredible, and makes you feel accomplished when you manage to defeat any enemy. I was kebabing and weaving.

Don't know if turning into a kebab is my worst nightmare or the best thing that happened, but holy cow. I had a lot of fun playing it. Wish you a good luck on the voting, dude!

This game is so funny! The spinning mechanics get pretty fun when you get the hang of it and start timing your spins. Also the spinning on the chair was pretty fun lol. I especially liked the key puzzle with the spinning lock and the environment of the dungeon. I managed to become human!

This game is hilarious

Loved this game! Brilliant voice acting! The puzzles were really cool, had to think for a bit to get that key. The boss fight poison mechanic was a smart way to add difficulty to the end. Art, sfx and design  was awesome! Very nicely done!

LOL I was like oh this looks different from the thumbnail at the start until I was kebabafied! Interesting take on the theme with kebabs for sure. The dialogue and voice acting are hilariously good! One thing I'd suggest is to make the sword swings faster, I think it's a cool fighting mechanic, but the current speed of the swings felt too slow. This was still an enjoyable experience though. Nice work! :)

Nice work! Took me a second to figure out I had to spin while standing on the pressure plates for the key puzzle, same thing for the chair. I wish my sword range was a bit longer, I feel like I have to hug the enemies to hit them. Sometimes the enemy health would just disappear, or it wouldn't go down even though I hit the correct color and the hit sound effect played. I would be curious to see how positional audio would sound for this game, especially for the intro level's footstep sounds. Also Godot has a SpringArm3D node to help with camera clipping through walls. Good luck!

Thank you so much for  feedback!

You're totally right about the sword range. Balancing the enemies was really tough, and after a lot of testing, I settled on this short range to force players into high-stakes dodging.

Regarding the audio, I added the sound effects at the very end of the jam. By that time, "jam fatigue" had fully kicked in, and I just didn't have the energy left to balance the volume levels properly.

Also, thanks for the SpringArm3D tip!

Good luck with your entry as well, thanks for playing! 🌯🤖
