addicting little game :)

The spinning wheel should've been a lot more plished, as that is the main thing of the game and it felt like it was from anouther universe. Once i bought a guaranted win drink and it didn't deliver lol, bartender cheated me

Otherwise it's a fun game, great music aswell

could've been a price reset cocktail now that i'm thinking about it

Ok -- I was seriously not expecting to get so hooked!! Such a direct approach to the theme, but you did it so well, amazing job! Really good combination of game mechanics, a surprising amount of strategy with the mocktail buffs, and the freeze system was just the icing on the cake. Personally I love games where you start out struggling, before eventually getting unfathomable amount of money and breaking the score counter of the game,  so naturally I got fully addicted -- you nailed the 'one more spin' feeling you were after. If this is a first or early time working in 3D, you've done really well! A bit more of a 'sense of place' might help, make it feel a little less liminal (windows, room being bigger than just what we see, etc.), and perhaps making the camera a little more diegetic (it felt a little low? i kinda felt more like a camera place on the counter top  than a person in-universe) -- but these are just small tips to improve minor aspects of the game, not a major knock at all.

Fantastic work, a real pleasure for me to play!

Thanks for the nice review and feedback! I will try to keep your feedback in mind for future 3D projects :)

This was fun! It's kind of an interesting take on the incremental idea. I'm sure luck was affecting my odds in some way, but it really didn't feel like it was, even after getting it above 60. I wonder if a more intuitive way of doing it, so that there's never any question that it's helping you, would be to add a little bit of highlighted space around the green area, with its size based on your total luck, and if the pointer lands within the highlighted space, the wheel moves forward/backward into the green area. I really liked the drink system, and I appreciated that you could freeze the shop, though I never did so hahaha. My favorite detail had to have been that the whole bar was modeled, really made it feel like one big cozy space. Great job!

Thanks for reviewing the game!

The idea for moving the wheel after the spin based on your luck is really great. Thanks for mentioning that!

The Luck mechanic, however, does seem to be mathematically not optimal XD. Your luck of 60 would be an increase of ~16% boosted to your odds. Which is definitely too little if the player focuses on luck instead of money.

Simple but pretty addictive game. I like the idea of spinning for money, then using drinks to mess with your odds or guarantee certain outcomes. The bar system makes the gameplay more interesting than just clicking spin over and over.

I also beat the game by stacking a whole bunch of money, to the point where the money and payout numbers went off the screen with 3000+ luck. I was also one of those players who took advantage of the drinks that double your money, increase payout, and reset drink prices, then kept rerolling until I got the drink that guaranteed a spin win.

The low-poly 3D visuals are nice too, especially the casino character animations. Nice work!

GAMBLING!

I enjoyed the upgrade system! I beat the game by going back and forth from spin to shop until Dragon Beach shows up so I can buy the guaranteed spin. I also took advantage of Berry Sky to double your money and Starlight Slush to reset drink prices.

I really enjoy the sound effect and the music !

Event with more than 40 lucks, i never manage to get more than 2 or 3 levels i'm so unlucky :c

The bar's a nice touch. At first, I was like, how could I even do this, then I saw a few drinks and saw the concept of how to win and did it. If only I could drink my way to millions in real life.

I really liked this idea! It captures that "just one more spin" feeling really well, and it becomes surprisingly addictive. I also liked the bar feature, it was a fun addition and fit the concept nicely.

Interesting game play mechanic, which thankfully it's mainly a "win", just a matter of how much you're willing to bet on chances (i got 40+ luck and yet got 3 reds in a row) :) I find that the visuals and audio matches well with the theme. And the freeze mechanic was a good addition. All in all good fun!

Very fun game, solid approach to the theme. Drinking a whole ocean of alcohol in the pursuit of one free drink xD Drinking to increase in gambling is funny as well and the 3d models are a cool addition. It was fun breaking the game,  great work!

I had a lot of fun in this game ! I don't know if this was a bug or what but every time I clicked on the drinks button, it reset the drinks so I never had to pay to reroll, probably helped me a lot in the long run. It was very addicting but sometimes it felt that luck didn't do anything so I preferred to get a bunch of money and buy the drinks that make sure you win each time. It's pretty simple and repetitive but I liked it !

I got to over billions of dollars so I'm gonna start gambling now:D

OK, I mean you said it.  Click spin and hope you win!

I think the 3D visuals are really nice.  The casino lady has fun animations.  And I loved the music and SFX!

I really think the gameplay would have benefited from giving the player some agency.  If I had the chance to spin the wheel myself I feel like it would have been more enjoyable with just that one change.  That said, I totally understand we're under time constraints in a jam, and it works and there's actually a lot of good stuff here that elevates this.

Ok as promised I completed your game.  I was a trillionaire by the end (which I think broke your text display at the top).  I was very pleased to have been greeted by your very sweet ending.   Your game honestly falls into the category of buy drinks to win!  X)   Ok.  The main issue that your game suffers from is that I, as the player, don't FEEL like luck is affecting the gameplay.  Logically I am sure it is, but in terms of feedback to the player there is nothing / very little.  It appears no different whether my luck is at -5 vs 150.  I'm assuming you scaled the luck system linearly, which would still be fine if the player was getting feedback so they are really understanding the incremental effects of their luck stat.     There are a number of ways to address this, but it does limit the enjoyment of progression.   Obviously if the player spends a decent amount of time with the game they will find some of the game breaking mechanics to go god mode, but I would suggest giving the player a little bit more of a breadcrumb trail to that end.  I enjoyed playing and good work on your first dive into a  3D environment!

Ok thats it... this game convinced me I will never gamble IRL... I got up to $20 by only getting the second spin money once... I am terribly unlucky :( Pretty simple game

Love the low poly aesthetic, reminds me of the game Apocalypse Party! So fun, cute and well thought premise with the drinking system and the spinning. Great job!

Interesting idea! Even with luck, I'm still out of luck. Congratulations on the creative concept!
