Such a fun game, quite hard also, I really liked the sounds. I have one small suggestion, after dying to a boss, there could be a small invincibility period, so that you don't get chain killed by it. Really cool submission!

nice atari feel game, its been ages since I played on my atari 7800, so I was better at A-lining straight into the boats vs avoiding them lol. also somehow I got a -1 attempt and the game froze, after I died.

Fun game! Pretty hard but also pretty forgiving for slow gamers like myself.
One small thing I noticed: the crt overlay only seemed to cover part of my screen (played on mac in google chrome).
Glad you enjoyed it, and yes I have encountered that bug before but I couldn't fix it and figure out what caused it.
Fun take on an old game, definitely a good interpretation of the theme. The draining on the fuel really doesn't leave you a lot of room for error, which I kind of like. I think the inclusion of being able to destroy the fueling pads is both frustrating and hilarious, it really feels like a decision an old Atari game would include.
That second phase on the boss is crazy hahahah

8k score, That's very creative, nice shoot'em up game, specially that boss fight were you stop, and omg 2 phases boss fight I died a lot on the second phase. really fun game reminds me of Atari! great job really enjoyed
