The little “pweesh” and “poofs” of the candle lighting and going out is surprisingly satisfying. The puzzles seem very well thought out, too! It’s definitely one of the more creative puzzle games I’ve played in a while. Really well done!

This was genuinely one of the most interesting puzzle games I've played. The mechanic is so unique and interesting, while staying challenging and enjoyable. I loved the art style too (the candle's face is so funny). I did get stuck on a puzzle lol, but I loved trying different ways to complete it, and I'm def coming back to try finishing it. Very good entry!

Interesting puzzle, but i gotta say that the difficulty curve is little too steep. But the puzzles are creative and when i figured out what to do it felt good.
Sometimes collisions bug out and balls of wax noclip to the other side of the puzzle, which can screw over the attempt.

Haha this game might be too hard for me... I think there should be a few more easier levels to get players accustomed to the mechanics 🤔The art is pretty unique and the idea itself is very interesting. Overall pretty good game, great job!
Thanks and yeah- You aren't alone in saying that the difficulty ramps up a little too fast. When I add music and symbols after the jam I'll also make sure to add one or two levels in between the second and third room.
Very fun. A bit challenging but the solutions were satisfying!
The way candle makes face as old man is funny, also the idea for making it so wax can open gates by weight is really nice idea.

Very cool game idea! The wax feels a little sluggish movement wise. I also had an issue where some wax clipped through one of the pressure plates and got stuck underneath. Overall very solid game!

This gameplay idea is really interesting. I think it would be good to have a more intuitive way for the player to understand how many balls are needed to open the door

Really cool puzzle mechanics! Also I like the face on the candle haha
His face was actually the first bit of art I made. It ended up so much more silly than I initially was planning. Once I got to making the sucking face, I just stuck with the vibe.
This was really fun! Though I think it's a bit overly precise. I think the puzzle concept is really cool but managing the wax movement can be finicky with so few particles and so many needed to weigh down platforms.
I definitely agree, looking back, I certainly wish I would have simplified the way wax works a little bit- or even just have made them worth more height.

Yeah, I definitely would have gone back and made a level in between the second and third room if I'd had more time. Glad you still liked it though.
I liked this game. I liked the expressions on the candle guy, and the mechanic of not only burning your candle out but also pulling your wax around.
I did get stuck on the level with the four braziers and the two pressure plates under you. But genuinely a cool game.
