Wow! I love how the unicycle helps the player understand that the in-game timeline is tied to their horizontal movement  — pedaling backwards and forwards naturally aligns with a clock turning back and forth. A coconut on a unicycle might be a dumb idea for a main character in a novel, but for a game it can be a smart decision...that's the beauty of games! Great work.

Developer

Thank you! I'm proud of how it conveys the main mechanic

This is such a mind-bender, in a good way. This is such a unique take on the theme, and the puzzles are incredible!! brilliant work :]

this rules, felt very stephen's sausage roll in vibes. its a little oblique but honestly this might be a good thing? i think it adds to the atmosphere

The idea is good: rewind time through the elements, controlling everything through time. Excellent.

Sometimes there are collision issues caused by complications.

Developer

I put out a patch that fixes some of the issues but I might have missed a few,  haven't gotten specifics on what collision issues people encounterd unfortunately

one of the most creative ideas i’ve seen for this jam ! and i really dig the design of the game, congrats :)

Developer

Ironically this is almost what I did for last year's jam, but I didn't think it fit the theme so I saved it!

Progressing through levels by changing the time is a very good idea. The only downside is that the levels seem a little empty. They just lack depth and variety in their designs.

A great puzzle game, excellent usage of the countdown theme in great mechanic! Not only was it easy to understand, but it also visually looked cool how the lighting and background would change to help convey the changing of time forward and back.

i really loved playing your game, it was amazing!! The game looked kinda like an prototype of a big industry game, the puzzles were great and the main character was really really cute!!

Very interesting idea, I'd love to see it explored further.

I do have more ideas for mechanics and puzzles but I usually lose steam on continuing jam games. I'll let you know if I end up expanding it though!

LoL little character with clock unicycle. I like the animations when he spins the whole clock to just go up or down. Also neat mechanics and puzzles.

Developer

Glad you found the character charming!

such a cool idea, i love the character and the small interactions with the world. it was a bit hard to control, has lots of potential! great job :)

Developer

Thanks!  I'm glad the little character and charm shone through! What did you have trouble with controlling? I can try fixing it in a patch.

Honestly incredible premise and sick visuals, the collision physics seems to be really broken though :(

Developer

Thanks! Sorry about the broken collisions, I knew it was a bit buggy but I only had so much time to design everything and focused on getting the main mechanic consistent as long as the collision mostly worked.
