Im biased towards sandbox games but this was so much fun

I'm such a sucker for pixelart and this one absolutely delivered on that front! It was a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to play the game effectively but love the concept! The audio was very well done and complimented the game nicely! I just had a few instances of sound effects being much louder than the music tracks but overall, very polished game!

Nice concept covered in very beautiful pixel-art, well done! It took me a moment to figure out how to kill invite people over to my temple but the overral experience was fun.

Keep up the good work!

The art style is very cute! The game also seems to have a lot of depth, so congrats on that!

Great job on the submission :)

SO fun to punch these little guys. 10/10 would collect their souls again. My devil got stuck on the jester in the tutorial, but it resolved itself within a few seconds.

The game looks fun and I enjoyed playing it! Some sounds were a bit loud though in comparison to the music which lead to some volume spikes while playing.

It was so fun o just mess around with the npc's and fling them around everywhere lol, I even captured a few by just throwing them, nice work :)

Fullscreen on my browser didn't really work though, the window stayed the same size.

Like many others, I was having problems with reading the text, it didn't seem to be loading on the web build. That being said. the graphics look really good, and the audio was pleasant to listen to, so while I couldn't figure out the game itself (besides pushing a few guys off the map which I had more fun with than I'd like to admit), what I did see was good!

the graphics look just so harmonic, but the game became hard to control especially after several abilities are unlocked.😫

It seems the game bugged out, and I couldn't read anything.

This game was FUN! Took a while to pick up the pace, but once I understood what was supposed to be done, I really started enjoying punching NPCs off the map. The shop features where also great, specially Transmute(lol). The pixel art is really great as well, really sets the tone of "small isolated medieval village" along with the music and sfx.
If anything, I think the controls where too spaced out, the zoom could have been on the scroll wheel, since you already have to use the mouse and switch the abilities on Q and E with quickslot selection on the number keys. And also, unfortunally, the text for the building was barely readable.
But overall a pretty amazing experience!

Oh man the Q/E quickslot suggestion is so obvious now that you mention it... thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it!

Unfortunately the text was bugged and unreadable for me :(

its really fun, I ended up spending 24 minutes lost in it

Very unique and clever idea. The controls were difficult to grasp at first, but had fun overall.

Hello fellow GMTK Jam participant!
This looks like a really interesting game! I'll be honest, the onboarding/tutorial was a bit confusing, and it took me quite a while to get a hang of what was going on. I felt like the devil character was a little hard to control and I kept losing track of him on the screen. But I find the concept quite interesting. I really loved the graphics and the audio as well, and it's honestly impressive given the very short deadline of this event. Good work!

What a complete feeling game! The aesthetics of the game are impressive for what little time there was.
