Perfectly average entry, some notable points:
- Gameplay is simple and very easy to understand, just reach the end in time. So the premise goal is well understood. Good audio feedback integration and hilarious VFX of explosion everytime you hit a car.
- The controls are a bit too slidey/slippery for my taste and I wish there was more screen space ahead of the car to react in time better.
Great story, so funny! I thought it was a little bit difficult to dodge oncoming cars, you just aren't given enough telegraphing/indication. Nice entry overall though :)
Quite hard to avoid the oncoming traffic with the view being so close to your car, and the slippery physics making it difficult to move if you do see them. But it didnt hinder me that much and i got to see the end first try

Fun little game!
My reaction time was too slow to really avoid the cars though, would be cool to have some more warning. Also the up and down movement felt a bit too strong, but maybe just skill issues on my side ;)

nice job hank, i liked the bomb. the screen made it look like it spawned some cars too close, i think thats bc i was playing on browser. but i rly like the lil story.

Fun game! Would be cool if there were a form of warning indicator for the cars
The game is pretty fun to play, although the controls were a bit unintuitive
On my laptop, the window size was wrong so I saw cars spawning in and a lot of other stuff I don't think I would have seen if the size were correct, this is probably an easy fix though

Nice retro GTA style game! I kept crashing into the cars and pedestrians, but with "unlimited lives" it made it more forgiving. I got so close to what looks like the end to diffuse the bomb but sadly did not make it. Nice job!

I loved the narrative of this game, definitely use this story in the future! The game could do with being a lot snappier to control, especially up and down and some warnings for oncoming obstacles would make it a lot fairer. Good work for a first jam! Really fun to play! The car is a bit slippery, which made it a little tricky to control at times, but honestly that also made it more fun. The explosion kinda reminded me of Deltarune :)

It's very funny to constantly crash into other cars and the game gets a lot of creativity points for that and it's ending lol. I didn't really enjoy being hit by cars that spawned in my face but that may have been an issue on my end, I'm not sure. Regardless I enjoyed my time, good job on this little game!

The controls are chaotic, but that's part of the charm. Although I didn't enjoy being hit by 8 cars at once and then blowing up.
It may not have been the primary goal, but I thoroughly enjoyed crashing into other cars at full speed.

I’m surprised headbanging into every car along the way is basically the intended way to play, but it’s satisfying in its own way.
