This is really good! It reminds me a lot of Minit and it's really satisfying seeing how you can get a little further each run, not to mention just gathering resources at faster and faster rates which is always satisfying. Good job! :D

This is one of the most polished games I've played in this jam, and definitely the most addicting one. I love how it starts out as a game where you have to optimize your routes, find the best places to get resources quick and efficiently get to your next goal, but by the end it ends up being automation heaven. It was so addicting going from room to room maxxing out all extractor placements and hearing the beeps and bloops of everything I was getting.
I love how you also added the different parts you had to collect so at the end you couldn't just sit on your ass and wait for the ending to unlock, you had to fuly explore the map and find the upgrades.
All in all, awesome game. I adored it.
This game resonated with my automation instincts.
You can tell it was made with a strong attention to detail; carefully designed rooms- the hints were very well made. The CRT effect fit really well; I didn't appreciate it until I tried turning it off. I noticed it was very complete with animations for everything, even drilling and sucking the water. I'm impressed that you found the time to make the rocket takeoff so good with a camera shake as well. The monochrome pixel art was also very clean; great choice for a jam as well (I tried to use it last year myself). I found it very satisfying to progress, and I stuck with this game quite a good amount of time.
I personally took a minute with the tutorial. The first hint I got said to press QE to switch tools before I had it unlocked, so I spent a minute trying to mine the rocks instead of collecting the rocks initially (which was just a bit of bad luck, a reasonable risk to take for a jam, but for a full game I would recommend having the hints come as they become relevant). It could be worth making it a bit clearer that you have to collect the scattered rocks first, but it was good regardless.
Again, a reasonable risk for a jam, but for a full game it would be worth preventing the player from getting softlocked by mining out a material before getting the extractors.
Apart from that, it was a great entry. Definitely in my favourites this jam!
This game strongly resonated with my hoarding instincts, was determined to make it till the end but I put too much effort into sucking all the lava and failed miserably. The hint about not harvesting all the resources came up too late for me :D
Outstanding artstyle btw
The first game in this jam that I played to completion, I enjoyed it immensely! The gameplay loop of exploration, material gathering and robot upgrading is so engaging to me. If you happen to bump into this game, please please give it a shot. I can't recommend it enough, I've even added it to my collection for future plays :)
Banger of a game with clear gameplay phases that change things up and keep you at it. Excellent work!
Art style was really cool and cohesive. The game felt pretty good to play, though it took me a minute to realize how to get back to gameplay after my first upgrade purchase. My brain didn't register the bottom button as a back to game button, maybe if it was different color? Still, the core loop is solid and once things opened up to more resources, that was a great pay off moment. Great work!
I played all the way through. Really good job. I did encounter a bug though. All keyboard input stopped after I entered fullscreen and I had to restart the game.
The color coding is super clear and very helpful! I also appreciated the end game hints to explore more because I was definitely missing rocket parts in the end game. But I finished it in about 40 min, I think I'd like a bit more story as to why I'm extracting all these resources, but it well done and cute!
Fun lil' game once I got the hang of the menu system (a little theme-related subversion of expectation). I'd like an "end exploration" button because in the first few turns I had extra time but not enough time to get to anything interesting. Cute art and responsive controls. nice work!
I really enjoyed playing the game. It's against the theme - but I would like to see how this game works without the countdown? It would be nice to get into the flow of exploration and drilling, choosing when to come back to upgrade tools and stats. Really fun so far though!
i really like the style. its weirdly enjoyable to just mine rocks. this also reminds me of that one backrooms horror game. where it starts with you driving a rover into a weird crawl space.
It was quite fun! I played to the end btw :D
I like that you challenged yourself to do the artwork yourself(as you described). It turned out great i think! the style that came out of it is really cool. It's also super polished. The UI feels great.
Maybe building extractors should've come at a cost (it didn't right?). I think that might have smoothed out the progression a little bit.
Very well done. I had a lot of fun with this. Pacing is good - always making a bit of progress giving that just one more run vibe.
Man... I loved this! Everything, from the choice of art and sounds, to the level design and the feedback of collecting resources. Really awesome job!
