A very interesting concept with really cool visuals! It’s a shame there aren’t more levels. Great work!
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the concept and liked the visuals! yeah i agree more levels would have made the game better but with the jam time limit i focused more on making each level feel unique and polished instead of adding more just for length since its just a prototype not a finished game, thx for playing!
Cool little game!
thx for playing, glad u enjoyed it!
Fun little game! Wish there were more levels though, I finished this in about 2 or 3 minutes. Some of the hitboxes were a bit weird, like on the flames; they didn’t quite seem to match what I expected, given the 2.5D artstyle. Otherwise, this was a nice experience! Love the charm that the art brings.
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game and liked the charm of the art! yeah i agree that the flame hitboxes could be a bit confusing because of the 2.5d look, i noticed that a few people had a similar issue so i will definitely look into making them feel more natural, and yeah more levels would have been great but i had to focus on polishing the experience within the jam time and show a prototype rather than a full on indie game, thx for playing!
The art is very good, gameplay loop is simple but decent, and the countdown mechanic is well used. The music ticking "faster" is very similar to what I did in my game, and I didn't sse many people increasing the frequency of the music in this jam (and that's a shame for them haha). Great game.
thx for the feedback, really glad u enjoyed the game! im happy u noticed the ticking mechanic because i spent some time trying to make the countdown feel more stressful without just putting a timer on the screen, and yeah its kinda surprising how just a few people increased music frequency because it fits the theme so well lol, thx for playing!
This game is pretty simple but really fun to play, it perfectly fits the theme, the pixel drawing are really neat, and the SFXs are really nice. I think it would be on a higher level if there is some music during the game play
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game and liked the art and sfx! yeah i actually i added bg music tho its barely noticeable because i wanted the sound of the bomb ticking to be more noticeable than the actual bg music, but i agree that music would have added more to the atmosphere, thx for playing!
The artwork and characters for this are super cute! Great work putting this together in just four days!!! Fun gameplay too. Level 5 was pretty brutal - I think if it got any more difficult the hitboxes (especially the flames) might need to be a touch more forgiving, but I really like the current balance for what you have :)
thx for the feedback, really glad u enjoyed the game and liked the art! yeah level 5 was meant to be a bit more challenging (since its the last level) but i get what u mean about the hitboxes especially with the flames, i’ve seen that come up a few times so i’ll definitely look into making it feel a bit more fair, happy u liked the balance overall tho, thx for playing!
Nice game, simple concept and it plays well!
Only minor complaint would be that the fire traps are a bit hard to read, initially I figured they would only deal damage at the base and could walk behind the flames, and then sometimes I'd walk over the base when the fire was gone and there's a small period where they can still kill you.
Other than that though it's all tied together really well, the art style is cute and I like the level design. Nothing raises the stress like being chased through the dungeon aswell as being on a timer haha. Enjoyed playing this!
thx for the feedback, glad u enjoyed the game! thats a really good point about the fire traps, i see how the timing and hitbox can be confusing especially when the fire just disappears, i’ll definitely look into making that clearer and more fair, happy u liked the level design and the stress of the timer lol, thx for playing!
I had quite some fun racing to the exit. I got stuck on level 4 for a while, but did not mind that because of the absolute cuteness of that spinning blade :) Great job
thx for the feedback, glad u had fun racing to the exit, and im happy u liked the spinning blade lol i spent some time trying to add facial expressions and make the enemies and obstacles feel more alive instead of just being something that kills the player, thx for playing!

Wow one of the best submissions ive seen! Amazing art, good mechanics and soo many levels and obstacles! I really like how the obstacles and levels get harder each level, each level is unique and different, it's nice that you didn't just create levels to make the game longer. Overall a really good submission for a 4 day jam, good luck for the rest of the voting process!
thx for the feedback, really glad u enjoyed it that means a lot, i tried to make each level feel different and not just repeat stuff so im happy u noticed that, and yeah i focused on quality over just adding more levels, thx for playing and good luck to u too!
One of the most polished games of the jams! its very fun to play and isnt too hard, the one thing you should od is add the timer for how many seconds are left before you explode
tysm for the feedback, glad u liked the polish and had fun playing, about the timer i actually tried adding a numeric one but it didnt really fit the ui so i went with visual and audio speed up instead, but i get what u mean and i will think about improving that, thx for playing!
Plenty of juice in the effects, nice art and overall clean execution. Wish there was a bit more content, but enough for a game jam. Nice work!
thx for the feedback, glad u liked the effects and the art, i really spent a lot of time trying to make the game feel polished even with the jam time limit so im glad it shows, and yeah i agree more content would have made the game better but i had to focus on polishing the core experience and show a prototype not a full on finished game, thx for playing!
Great game jam game, a proof of concept.
Might be nice to have some variety and a puzzle aspect where you have to find the quickest way to get to the end, but maybe 10 seconds is too little for that.
A good job within the restrictions of a game jam!
thx for the feedback, i actually agree that adding more puzzle elements and making the player think about the fastest route would have added more depth, but like u said the 10 seconds limitation made it kinda difficult to implement, glad u enjoyed the game and thx for playing!
game felt slow, 10 seconds felt like 20 seconds with lag (maybe its to do with my computer)
thx for the feedback, you are actually the first person to mention performance issues so it might be related to your setup, specially since i tested the game on a bunch of different laptops before submitting, but i will definitely keep an eye on it because lag can really affect the feeling of the countdown, thx for playing
yup, unity games felt slow, probably because my laptop doesnt have a decent graphics card (it was a work laptop)
It would be great if we could see the time with numbers. Also the fire's hitbox were disabling false (i died a few times because of that) and "tick tack" sounds are damaged my ear :d Good game by the way.
thx for the feedback, i appreciate it, thats a good point about showing the time tho i tried a numeric version but went with visual and audio issues instead. I will definitely look into the hitbox issue and tweak the tick tack sound. thx for playing!
Really nice game, I thought it was the perfect length for a game jam.
The mechanics are great and the sounds are really fitting.
The artstyle is really nice and animations are cute.
My only suggestion would be to make the level start once the player moves, so the player has some time to scout out the level.
Well done :D
thx a lot, I really appreciate it! Thats a great suggestion about starting the level on movement tho it was intentional to add more tense to the game. Glad you enjoyed the game :D
W GAME W ARTSTYLE
It's simple, but I had fun with it. I like how the animation matches the beat and how the movement speed are well balanced.
thx, i spent some time trying to get the animation and movement to feel right, thx for playing!
Pretty fun. Beat it. Nice art too.
thx, glad you had fun and finished it, appreciate the kind words about the art, thx for playing.
I really got hooked on this game. The character design, atmosphere, and dungeon layout fit the 10 second countdown theme spot-on. Even though it's a short experience with just a few levels, the fast-paced gameplay was so fun that I honestly wished there were even more stages to play through. Fantastic work you’ve done here.
thx a lot, i really appreciate that. I tried to make the countdown feel intense while keeping the levels short and fast paced glad it kept you hooked, and yeah i would have loved to add more levels too but i felt that was enough to show my take on the theme, thx for playing.
