The pixel art feels really cozy, congratulations on your first game!
Oh my goodness, the pixel art here is absolutely gorgeous! The tiny cat animations are incredibly fluid and adorable!
The cat animations are very cute, I like the idea of causing as much chaos as possible in 60 seconds, but it would be much better if the chaos was much more noticeable. I think you can expand this idea even more by adding powerups, different abilities and more chaos on the map. Great work!

First I wanna say a huge congrats on your first game!!! Very cool idea and it was quite fun chasing around birds and causing chaos!
As a small tip for the next time you upload a game build to itch: If you zip your games files directly (instead of zipping a folder that contains the files) the game can be installed and played via the itch client directly, making it easier for more people to access it. Though I'd recommend trying to do a web build anyway as that's even easier for people to access.
