I love this game! This is one of my favorites in the jam so far. Great work!
Really unique combat concept! I really liked the atmosphere for the game. I like the variety of attacks from the enemy, though I did have issue getting my guy to strike the direction I wanted. Cool visuals and audio! Overall great work!
You could easily put this in the Souls-like genre, but I actually beat the game and I'm proud of myself!

Small critiques would be I wish you could block and move at the same time (but make the movement slower), and that there was more time between the purple flash warning and the attack. I couldn't complete the 5th level after over 10 attempts. I would definitely play an expanded version.

THIS IS SO COOL! The combat felt amazing and it gave me very strong "UNDERTALE FANGAME IMPOSSIBLE BATTLE" vibes, while being actually very possible tho. What i'm trying to say is that it made me feel like i actually was a badass knight if that makes sense

Maybe the main character could have been more responsive, it was a bit akward to control him.
