thanks a lot 😋

A really nice game—simple and clear in its structure, and very much in line with the jam's theme.

Great job, guys.

Developer

Thanks, it means a lot.

This is the best looking game I found in the jam so far! How did you achieve this in such a short time?!

Developer

Thanks! We had amazing artists and were able to work around the clock thanks to our schedules, I think that helped :)

Very cool!

Developer

Thanks!

Amazing game! One of my favorite interpretations of the theme from the whole jam! Loved the art style too and the choices between rounds were really interesting! Good job!

Developer

Thank you for playing our game and for your kind words! As you can imagine we had a lot more ideas, but not enough time to bring them to life.

REALLY addicting game the most addicting game I've encountered so fun! If I had to nitpick I would have liked it if the options I got each round were random instead of preset, but beside that amazing game!

I really enjoyed this! There's a lot of games this jam about counting in your head but this is one of the most creative takes on that I've seen. It was a bit laggy in places but the gameplay was just so amazing and it flowed smoothly! I like the way you add more levers and that your "lives"/"chances" are demonstrated by the stability gage. I always love a little "between-rounds-upgrade" and this one has that, done really well. Saving this one to my "play after the jam" file :D

Great Game

Submitted(+2)

ahh I missed and lost stability, I bought too many levers and couldn't keep up. Difficult but fun!
Art is phenomenal!
I enjoyed it a lot thank you for making it, and good luck

cool game! i like the graphic style  scott cawthon-like and the idea of a furnace for energy production is really nice. nice work bro!

if you want you can rate my game, i rated your's ;)

Great game! I really love the simple counting concept mixed with the upgrades. I found it to be quite difficulty though (maybe I’m just bad). I would find it helpful to see how much difference there was between the timer and the button press. Like if I just know that I lost I might think that I pressed it too early and will wait longer next run, while in reality I was already pressing too late.

Regardless, I enjoyed playing it, it looks and feels really nice!

Developer

The difficulty you felt might be caused by a bug that sneaked into the build which can make the game unfair in certain cases.

Thanks for your feedback 😊

The music, sound effects, and art are all fantastic, and the countdown concept fits the theme really well.

However, I experienced FPS drops when playing in fullscreen mode — not sure if that's just on my end.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! The game is not optimized and Godot web build is using outdated technology, but desktop builds will be available at the end of the voting period if you wish to give it a second chance :)

Submitted(+3)

despite a few bugs, this one is REALLY good! the visuals are top-tier, and the addition of even more buttons and switches makes the game so much more fun and challenging! Great job!

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

Actually we had squashed all bugs, but a last minute mistake made them reappear in the jam build...will be fixed after the voting period :)

As a musician with good time i absolutely loved this! Sometimes i couldn't figure out what made me loose though.

Developer

Thanks, we had one on the team too x)

Because of a bug that made it sneakily into the jam build, it is better to wait 10s between each round, or your buttons will fail unfairly... will be fixed after the voting period :)

Fun game and cool art! Congrats!

Fun game! It took a minute to open in my browser, I'm glad I read your instructions!

Developer

Thanks! Desktop builds will be available at the end of the voting period, a game crashing bug was making them unplayable :(

Encountered game breaking bug, the counter never starts in Firefox, and the sound never starts playing. The button and lever do work.

Glad I tested it in another browser, really cool visuals and I like the concept. Its very similar to a lot of other games this jam but done a whole lot better, I really liked the perk system you guys made! This could really make for a good mobile game I think. Also it just oozes narrative, great job! ♥️

Developer

Thanks a lot for your kind words!

That's strange, I'm also on Firefox (Zen) and didn't have the same bug. Although, it might be related to the heavy loading of content, which could be altered by the speed of itch.io servers and your internet connection.

I had fun playing this, good art too :)
personally I would have kept the icons for the upgrades that are shown on the screenshot instead of the green/red buttons; those look way cuter

Developer

Thanks!
Those on the screenshots were placeholders, we decided to remake them to fit the theme, although they might look more simplistic now, you got a point.
