It controls really well. I like the orbiting and the music fits nicely too.

I love the orbit addition to the game, really gives it a challenge!
There is no gravity and the spikes on the ground still got me! lol gg
I really liked the art and the gameplay, the orbit thing was really creative. The low fuel sfx gets annoying really fast though. Good job!
this game gives such an ethereal feeling! i looove the music and sound effects they pair up perfectly with the feeling of floatiness of the rocket. not really much to critique that people havent said yet, good job!
The game is simple to understand, but demands precision, especially in later stages, which I always like about games like this! I also like the choice of music at it really fits the game's atmosphere. There is a minor bug though where you can always see the 'ORBIT' sign while in fullscreen (bottom left of the screenshot), though that likely isn't the case for everyone due to different screen resolutions, but it might be something related to the scaling settings for that sprite specifically as it doesn't happen with the other two signs.
Such a simple mechanic yet so well executed, this is a great prototype to expand! Well done!
I think you have a great base for a game with a lot of levels here. The mechanic of things causing gravity adding difficulty is pretty clever! Overall I had fun playing this. I like that it is forgiving. I much prefer not having to start a level from the very begging with these types of games.
I had fun playing this game, I always like this kind of game where you have to land something carefully.
About the gameplay, I think it’s ok, I’m grateful how generous this game is, in the sense if you crash a lot, you respawn in the fuel station but there is a little part of me that wishes this game was more punishing, pretty much you can drive badly and nothing happens as consequence, the checkpoints are good but maybe that if you respawn more than 2 times, you have to restart the level
The control feels good, playing on gamepad is nice and I was a little sad to reach the end because I wanted to keep floating in the space haha. I really like the attraction force that is applied into the rocket by the rocks, makes it interesting and it’s fun to float in the orbit. One thing I didn’t like much was the “Low fuel” sound, I think it’s a little loud and I think it would be ok if it sounds 2 times, like an alert and not a constant alarm, or just make the sound a little quiet
While playing I got a strange bug where I landed and after moving again, the ship started to spin like crazy, was fun to watch and after a few seconds it stopped. It didn’t happen again so I can’t give more details on that
I like it visually and the mood of the game is great, it really feels like the space, I had a good time here, great game ^^

Thank you so much for playing and thank you so much for this detailed feedback :D
The game originally was way more punishing, but on the last day of the jam my buddies tested it and they were dying and restarting the level constantly XD So I quickly added the checkpoint system :D
One other person also had that bug. Haven't recreated it my self tho I wonder if its a browser thing.
But it makes me so happy you had fun :)
That was actually very fun! It was satisfying when I managed to "drift" the rocket successfully to avoid hitting any walls lol. I hope that our outer space never gets filled with this much debris. Good game tho, deserves more ratings.
A very promising project! I got hooked and really enjoyed it! Introducing the orbital attraction mechanic in the second stage was a great idea. However, no new mechanics appear for quite a while after that. Perhaps you could add some simple enemies and another type of wall. Great work!
The rocket controls are a lot of fun! I also made a game about rockets I hope you check it out!
Really fun game, my brain does not compute space physics in 2D but we tried! had fun! c:
Rockets rule! Great game and fun to play! I love the orbital mechanics
