How does your game fit the theme?
Based on the Doomsday Clock, which counts down closer to midnight as the world seems closer to global disaster, you must prevent disaster as long as possible before the Doomsday Clock hits midnight.

This is a really cool game!! Really interesting, and was both easy to understand straight away and also got extremely difficult lol. Definitely a pretty stressful one, trying to find the countries on a time crunch was pretty tricky. Had one case where a country got offended or something by itself, but the rest of the time that wasn't an issue. Really cool way of creating a narrative out of little scenarios, and the music pretty quickly reflected how stressed I was trying to get everything through as fast as possible lol. Also, the strings between the points were quite nice, made the game feel that extra bit polished. Great work!!
Thanks!! I'm really glad that all the aspects of the game contributed to the feeling of stress, that's definitely what I was going for. The strings thing was not my work, I just downloaded a Unity package 😅 but thank you so much!
A really interesting puzzle game, easy to understand. But quickly became one of the most stressful puzzle games I've played, but in a good way. At first it was calm, but as the timer got closer & the barrage of messages came I felt worry trying to find the countries on the board. Great game & a unique premise.
Thanks for playing! I'm glad you felt that way, that was exactly what I was going for.
Had an issue where a country accidentally bommed its own country but besides that fun game and nice art. Everything fits together nicely and the nuke animations is nice!
Thank you very much, I appreciate you leaving a review!
Fantastic game! There are some weird quirks that happened though like "Irina is jealous of Irina's military" or something which i dont think that's intentional at all.
You know, maybe they should hire me. I mean look how well I did my job! The world is so much safer in my control frfr
Thank you so much!! Yes, aware of the bug, haha.
The world would 100% be safer if u were running it 😤 give this person unlimited control of our nuclear stockpile immediately
Nice gameplay loop! All the little prompts add a lot of personality to the game.
Had fun!
Thanks so much for playing! Awesome that you had fun.
The little notifications for each problem were wild lol. There was a bug (which im sure your aware of by now) where i got 2 of the same country, speaking of the countries, the names were also funny. the art is really well done and this is one of the more creative games ive seen out of the jam! Great job!
Haha thanks, I'm glad the humor was good! I'm really grateful!
Neat concept. There's some great dialogue lines too (I'm also curious on if Nolozuerra can actually parry a nuclear bomb). Good stuff here
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Guess we'll have to find out in the sequel 👀
Really Good concept! Defnitely one of the more unique games ive seen this jam given how simple it actually is, very polished too Great Job!
Thank you! I really appreciate the kind words :)
This is the BEST jam game I've played so far. It's such a creative concept, has high stakes, and it indirectly educates you about the important Doomsday Clock. 5 stars on ALL 5 categories. :D
Wow, that means so much to me - thank you! You're so kind 🥹
Really enjoyed this!! This mechanic was a cool way to represent the countdown and intertwined with the narrative perfectly.
My only note is that sometimes the countries that need to be connected are the same!
Thank you, I'm glad you found it a good take on the theme! And yes, very aware that that glitch is present haha
i was able to stave off disaster for 4m 20s ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
this was really stressful but enjoyable! whenever i got a second to actually read the dialogue and not just frantically connect wires, it was very funny!
absolutely love this game, well done! <3
Nice score ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) I'm glad you enjoyed it! Great to hear that you found it funny. Thank you so much for the praise!
Franch is honestly justified in nuking Jakan, they did nothing but stir shit the whole time...
so true. this is why we should legalize nuclear bombs 😤
The guy who said your take on the theme was the most creative was not far off. It was pretty inventive. But you should run some checks on the countries who argue because I lost when Folio was in disagreement with Folio ^^'
Thank you, that's really nice of you to say! And yes, I've realized that's a problem - that's what making a game on 5 hours of sleep gets you 😅
Stressful but fun, some nice writing too. Great job!
Thank you! Really appreciate it :)
Such a fun take on the theme! Super stressful though.
Thanks!! Hope it was a good kind of stressful 😅
I think this is the most unique take on the theme I have seen yet! Good work!
Wow that's really high praise! Thank you!
This game is so fun and silly :) I found some of the messages hella funny lol
Loved it!
Thanks so much! I'm glad you found it funny :)
Super Doomsdastic Game
indeed :)
Nice take on the theme with the cooling down notifications! Good job!
Thanks a bunch!
Some of the notifications were REALLY funny and got a chuckle out of me, this is a super fun entry and was actually close to an idea my own team had considered for the jam. Core gameplay was super simple and enjoyable even if it was a little on the repetitive side, but I think that's validation for this to be expanded on further in the future.
It's a little sad how real the possibility is for global disaster but it's good that people talk about it, excellent work!
Thanks so much! Really happy you found the jokes good.
I'm so interested to know what idea your team had originally.
Yeah I agree that the gameplay is a bit repetitive - I just wanted to focus on the core loop for this jam, and I do have some ideas on how to expand in the future, but I'll consider those after the jam.
Honestly didn't expect this game to be a serious talking point for IRL global disaster, but glad it is! Appreciate you leaving a review!
